Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade to paint upto 7 meters height truss or beams or frame :One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade to paint upto 7 meters height truss or beams or frame :One or more coats on old work in cargo terminal area.

Painting steel work like space frames, MS truss etc upto 7 meter height with PU GLOSS FINISH SMOKE white paint or equivalent to given an even shade. One or more cot applied @ of 0.77 Ltr/10 Sqm of approved brand over an under coat of primer of BERGER PROTECTOMASTIC or equivalent@ 1.33 ltr/10 Sqm of approved brand and manufacture at roof top, city side canopy truss etc. complete as per the direction of Engineering-charge.( Rate Inclusive of materials, labour, poviding safety gear all Including cleaning the area etc.)

Painting steel work Roof sheet with PU GLOSS FINISH of required shade paint or equivalent to given an even shade One or more cot applied @ of 0.77 Ltr/10 Sqm of approved brand over an under coat of primer of BERGER PROTECTOMASTIC or equivalent@ 1.33 ltr/10 Sqm of approved brand and manufacture at roof top, city side canopy truss etc. complete as per the direction of Engineering-charge.( Rate Inclusive of materials, labour, poviding safety gear all Including cleaning the area,all heights etc.) (In Terminal building)

Removing the old sealant and the backer rod from the dummy and construction joints including cleaning as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge.(In operational area of Airport)

Mechanically cutting construction / dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification and direction of EIC. (In operational area of Airport)

Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212- 990 or IS: 11433-1995. In expansion/ construction / dummy joints including rounding off edges and placing 12 mm backer rod and applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in- Charge & particular specifications. [Note: For purpose of payment, quantity (Length x Width x Depth) of Polysulphide sealant only will be measured.Backer rod, masking tape,primer will not be measured but are included in the execution of the item.] Dummy Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12 mm dia closed-cell Polyethylene foam backer rod, as per manufacturer’s specifications as per specification and direction of EIC. (In operational area of Airport)

Providing and applying in position polymerized (polyeurethane based 03 component, A:B:C::3.6:0.9:5.5 each pack weighing 10 Kg and having mixed density of 1750 Kg/cum each unit pack will cover 0.0055 Cum) elastomeric concrete with excellent adhesion to substrate for crack filling ranging between 5 - 50 mm wide in concrete / flexible roads, and surface correction in concrete road / pavement with self leveling, easily trowel-able into cracks and spall and to prevent percolation of water and other chemicals thus protecting it from wearing off, material of make ShaliPatch EC or equivalent with its respective primer to repair the pot holes and cracks on apron and taxi track by making necessary cutting, cleaning the surface with suitable tools, mixing and applying etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (Note: 1. Rates includes the laying of PU sealant for construction / expannsion joints with backer rods whereever joint occurs alongwith the concrete repair. 2. Payment shall be made for each pack of 10 kg )(In operational area of Airport)
