Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) frame made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary anchor fastners with chemicals to the Floor or wall or steel structure etc.(anchor fasteners with chemical to be paid seperately) as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing anchor fastners of HST3 M12x165 90/70 assy Hilti make or equivalent (of approved make ) including filling hole with anchor grout, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of slim sliding door of 10 mm clear toughened glass using DORMAKABA / GEZE Dela or equivalent( of approved make ) 70 double door to the height of 2100mm or as per the drawing. The Glass shall be framed with DORMAKABA / GEZE Dela or equivalent( of approved make ) sliding track at the height of 2100mm from FFL. The Sliding system to be fixed to the SS Structure and to be provided with dead lock. The profile shall be matt black finish anodized the profile manufacturer so supply all the necessary clips seals and fixing accessories for the system. All the profiles to be with 2mm gauge thickness excluding 20 microns of anodizing black finish

Supply and fixing of slim glass partition of 12mm Clear Toughened glass using Dormakaba Alt Lite System/GEZE or equivalent (of approved make) 45 frames to height of 2100mm or as per the drawing. The Fixed glass to be fixed using DORMAKABA Alt lit Base profiles / GEZE or equivalent (of approved make) and support profiles on top and bottom. Same frames to be fixed to the SS Structure on sides , the floor and to the SS structure on the top. Dow corning equivalent (of approved make) clear silicon or to be filled between glass to glass. The profiles shall be matt Black finish anodized the profile manufacturer so supply all the necessary clips seals and fixing accessories for the system. All the profiles to be with 2mm gauge thickness excluding 20 micron of anodizing. The cost of SS Support Structure shall be extra.

Providing and fixing Gl Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x1200 mm module which includes providing and fixing 'C' wall angle of size 20x30x20 mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to centre or fitted as per site conditions, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34 mm made of Gl steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centers with help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections to be galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive), fixing with clip in tiles into spring T with : GI Metal Ceiling Clip in micro perforated Beveled edge colored ( RAL 9100 , RAL 1018, RAL 2003, RAL 6027, RAL 6018) tiles of size 600x1200 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having (Back side of the tile shall have Soundtex fleece hot pressed mechanically for uniform bonding to achieve NRC upto 0.5 ) NRC of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation.

Electrical Items : Supply of Indoor Type Recess Mounting Slim Type 2 x 2 feet LED luminaire of 36 W with minimum output of 3600 lumens & CCT 6000 +/- 300K including all components, driver / control gear, LED, Surge protection device suitable to operate on 230V, 50 Hz with Five (05) Year Warranty for all components and confirming to tender specifications etc complete as required.

Supply of Indoor Type Recess Mounting Slim Type 1 x 4 feet LED panel of 36W with Minimum output of 3600 lumens & CCT 6000 +/- 300K etc including all components, driver / control gear, LED, Surge protection device suitable to operate on 230V, 50 Hz with Five (05) Year Warranty for all components and confirming to tender specifications etc complete as required.

Installation ,Testing, Commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings/Recess mounted of all sizes and shaped LED luminaires, complete with all accessories including connections etc. complete as required.

Re-erection of existing signage boards in Aerobridge corridor including dismantling from existing location, extension of MS/GI support pipes by 0.5 Meter, Making Gaps in Ceiling Panels, re-installation, testing & commisioning etc complete as required.

Providing & fixing pendant and the rosette adjustable type with quartzold bulb operating temperature at 680 C brass quartzold Sprinkler (UL, FM approved) of 50mm dia / as per site requirement. Sustaning the seat & water hammer effect.
