Construction of Compound Wall;Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks with traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class: Brick Masonry 230 mm thick with Cement Mortar (1:6) prop. (Cement:Sand) using Common Burnt Clay Bricks Non-Modular of traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cm 2nd Class from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, complete as per drawing and Technical specifications cluase APSS 504 for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-in Charge for panel walls in Super-Structure, parapet walls.

Construction of Compound Wall;SF HYSD bars (Lap splicing) - Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different d iameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for rein forcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Construction of Compound Wall;Plastering 20 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Construction of Compound Wall;Plastering 12 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Construction of Compound Wall;Painting Walls with Snowcem or other equal and approved Water Proof Cement Paint over Priming Coat, 2 Coats (All Colours) including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Construction of Compound Wall;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 310) - Earth filling (ordinary soil)
