Repairs to Associate Dean chamber at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.;Providing skirting to internal walls 10cm height with high polished granite 16 to 18mm thick upto 8'-00 (2.43M) other than back / premium colours set over base coat of CM (1:5)prop. 12mm thick with grey cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.3 Kgs of cement per sqm and jointed with cement to full depth (Joints of stone should be flushed) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, etc., to site excluding seigniorage on all materials, including cost of base coat all labour charges like dressing to the required size, mixing of mortar, curing and lift charges including cutting the brick wall to place the stones and redoing the surface smooth complete for finished item of works.

Repairs to Associate Dean chamber at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.;Providing and fixing in true horizontal level 600mm x 600mm using 8mm thick Arm strength false ceiling system using hot dipped galvanized steel section exposed surface with pre-coated capping, main tee of size 15 x 32 mm at every 1200 mm c/c maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 15 x 32mm at every 600mm c/c and sub-cross tee of size at 1200 mm and wall angle of size 19mm x 19mm fixed to periphery of the wall and the above grid is suspended at every 1200 mm c/c in both directions using 2.0mm thick pre-straightened GI wire laying fine fissured butt edge ceiling tiles of 8mm thick & top phase cover with water proof sheet and for finished of size 600 mm x 600mm including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges such as cutting, fixing of standard of frame work exposing roof making complete for finished item of work.

Repairs to Associate Dean chamber at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.;Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed windowupto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi chamberedframe with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent . Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be acceptedbut no extra payment on this account shall be made. Two track two panels sliding window made of (small series) frame 52 x 44 mm &sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm)

Repairs to Associate Dean chamber at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.;Providing and applying wall putty of white cement or polymer or cement based of averaged thickness of 1 to 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete.

Repairs to Associate Dean chamber at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.;Providing painting to new walls with acrylic emulsion paint 2 coats of approved brand & shade over a coat of primer grade I making total 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, with neat finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
