NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - IX (miscellaneous) are not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate indicated as 0.00 under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-6.

PILE FOUNDATION Drilling/boring through soft rock upto the depth a directed/ indicated for 500mm outer dia bored cast-in-situ, vertical piles duly stabilizing the sides by drilling fluids (Auger Boring/ DMC Boring method) the method of boring will be approved by GE based on site condition before execution of work, and disposal of drilled/ bored material to a distance exc 50 m and n.exc 100m all as specified and shown on drawings. Notes (i) Concrete and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The boring of piles shall be commenced from original ground level before carrying out site leveling work. the depth of boring of piles shall be measured from the top of original ground level to the approved founding level. (iii) Bentonite slurry used for mixing with soil (obtained from boring) shall be disposed off outside MD land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge, The unit rate quoted against above items shall be interalia be deemed to be included for this operation and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (iv) Casing pipe used while driving of piles shall be removed after (Providing RCC cast in situ piles as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. The unit rate quoted against the above items shall interlalia be deemed to be included for this operation and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

Carrying out initial pile load test on 500mm as per IS-2911 Part IV 2013 for 2.50 times the safe design load as per structural drawing including bringing at site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion of work and submitting the initial pile load test in quadruplicate by approved consultancy duly signed by all concerned with site photography etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate including for test pile boring concreted and reinforcement.

Carrying out Routine pile load test on 500mm as per IS-2911 Part-IV-2013, for 1.50 times the safe design load as per structural drawing including bringing at site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion of work and submitting the routine pile load test in quadruplicate by approved consultancy duly signed by all concerned with site photography etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for CRS TMT steel bar Fe 500D 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, providing additional stiffener bar as shown in the drg etc, complete as all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for CRS TMT steel bar Fe 500D 8mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape, Stifner ring/ Striupps/ Spiral Ring required including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.30mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out/conduction pile integrity test using low strain dynamic method all as per IS for 500mm dia piles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying fabrications and providing steel cylindrical liners of 6mm thick MS plate to the required depth as shown in the drg incl gas cutting bending, welding at yard and site transporting driving of liners, all labours, materials, tools eqpt, fuel etc complete conforming to grade of steel FE410W (Gde-E-250) Grade A all as specified and directed. Note: In case the soil strata found to be not good in the foundation level of the liner, extra depth may be provided as pert site condtion as directed by GE

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY M&L for earth complete with galvanised steel earth plate electoral 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, including provision of galvanised earth strip 25x4mm, earth plate surrounded from all sides by with 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layer and electrode connection by using galvanized iron strip 25X4mm dia connected by mean of bolt, nut, chuck nut & washer of galvanized iron, provision of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI strip & 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6), type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil returning filling in removal of surplus soil to distance n.exc 50mtrs complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of schedule Part-I 2009 complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY M&L for cable route indicator, consisting of cast iron round shape 200mm dia, 12mm thick with inscription casting as LT cable 1100 Volts grade and fixed with hot dipped GI angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick 0.8 mtr long with GI nut bolts, embeded to ground in route of cable with the help of PCC 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erect LT cubical type outdoor weather proof bus bar chamber made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick duly powder coated comprising of 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 100 Amps, 60cm long duly mounted on insulators including MCCB 63 Amp, 415V, 4 pole 16 KA with 4 Nos mounting legs made out of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate) connections with suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points including excavation, returning, filling and removel of surplus soil. complete all as specified and directed.

SOLAR STREET LIGHT Excavation in post holes n.exc .5 Cum for erection of poles, removing the excavated materials to distance n.exc 50mtr and providing PCC bed and RCC foundation as per following specification including form work (i) PCC BED - 450mm x 450mm x 100mm (ii) RCC column - 400mm x 400mm x 1300mm M20 Design, using 4 Nos - 12mm TMT rods and 7 Nos of 8mm dia TMT rods
