Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polythylene including coupler & Bend with smoooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressue under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 63 mm and inner dia 50 mm polythylene including coupler & Bend with smoooth inernal and profiled external surface for non pressue under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI pipe of medium grade 40 mm dia with all fitting / fixture for fixing on wall and road crossing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches any type of soil (soft/loose/hard/dense) not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, pipe, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for road cutting, removing of material , returning filling and PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for laying of Galvanised Iron Pipe of 40mm bore ISI marked medium grade with all necessary accessories such as bends,elbows etc omplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing IP 66/ 67 thermoplastic-polycarbonate cable junction box of size 205X255X92 with terminal which is totally shock proof, water proof, halogen free, silica and having internally embedded gasket technology fixing on pole / surface / frame with the help of GI calmp of size 25X3 mm ,one no of MCB SP 6 Amp and four way 32 Amp Connector complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for Octgonal GI poles complete with GI base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws,with suitable for single bracket all as specified of height 7 meter including necessary Earth work,PCC foundation coping etc and refixing of all existing fitting fixture from old electric pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F of GI tubular swaged poles complete with GI base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, with two holes for drawing conductor between pole box to street light fitting all as specified type 410 SP-31 of height 9metre including necessary Earth work,PCC foundation copping etc and refixing of all existing fitting fixture exist in old electric pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for PVC/XLPE sheathed heavy duty power cable 1100 Volts grade copper conductor confirming IS 1554(Part-I) with latest amendents of size 1.5 Sqmm 4 Core drawn through 20 /25 mm GI pipe medium grade ISI marked including fitting fixture, fixed on pole/ walls including fixing clamps three number complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for PVC/XLPE sheathed heavy duty power cable 1100 Volts grade copper conductor confirming IS 1554(Part-I) with latest amendents of size 1.5 Sqmm 4 Core, fixed on pole/ walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25 mm x 4 mm thick, by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, cover slab of required size with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and tesing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge. NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover.(ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achieved during testing as per IS, then complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissible. certificate regarding testing earthing resistance shall be submitted before claiming payment.

S&F energy efficient street light luminaries LED type 90 watts,IP66 ,230volts, 50 Hz , in Deep drawn aluminium housing and cast aluminium pipe mounting attachment including suitable heavy duty electronic driver also driver should withstand 265 volts, 130 lumen/watt and complete accessories, pre-wired and connection complete with suitable size of stranded copper flexible conductor with external 5KV Surge Protection Device fixed on junction box complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fix GI bracket made out of medium grade ISI marked GI pipe 40mm dia, 1.5 mtr long bend to shape as directed, fixed on poles with two Nos GI clamp of size 40 x 6mm flat iron suitable for steel tubular pole including suitable GI nuts and bolts washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing for Aluminium earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall / roof tot of 3/4th floor Bldg for lightning arrester / fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 25 mm x 3 mm thick, aluminium using porcelain clit/post insulators with screw/ GI screw / Nuts and bolt,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note:-Necessary scaffolding and safety equipment/gears shall be provided and held responsible by the contractor.

M & L for GI tubing, 50 mm dia bore,Heavy grade ISI marked with all fittings fixing on 3/4th Floor, top of the building/ wall for fixing of Air terminal complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note:-Necessary scaffolding and safety equipment/gears shall be provided and held responsible by the contractor.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze, size 75mm x 75mm x 25 mm thick, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia. 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, including MS box 2 mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long (99.9% molecularly copper) fixed on top of the fourth floor with aluminium strip for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for PVC Sleeve suitable for protection of Lightening conductot fo size 32 X6mm GI Strip on ground / wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Material and labour for Earth pit indicator for existing earthing pit made out of 16 mm dia and 60 cm long MS Squre Bar embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone agreegate in PCC block of size 30 X30 30 cm including CI plate of size 30X30X 3 mm thick fixed on side of PCC block complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix, B1 grade with using 20 mm aggregate in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Material and labour Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Nominal mix type C2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping/collar of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for Leakage Repair over the bldg of (G+4)floor / above 16 mtr from ground, using waterproof Aluminium Foil Tape Waterproof Adhesive Tape Sealing Butyl Rubber Tape for Surface Crack(5cmx5m) (pro max) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for Instant Leak Plug Fast settings to stop water leakage over the bldg of (G+4) floor/ above 16 mtr from ground, for effective crack sealing in concrete and masonry surfaces and stopping the leaking / dripping of water,hardens instantly under continuous wet conditions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Removing,cutting,cleaning of vegetation on masonry/concrete surfaces of building height of 3 mtr to 14 meter and wall dressing including removing the materials to a distance not exc 60 mtr and injecting the chemical glyphosate herbicide (4% concentration) to stop the growth of plants,shrubs etc further and making the surface good by using PCC 1:2:4 / CM 1:4 and to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note:-Necessary scaffolding and safety equipments shall be provided by contractor and held responsible for safety precautions.
