M&L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 60cm and depth 90cm for laying of HT cable and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type B1(using 20mm grade stone aggregate) complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor type sheet metal enclosure cable jointing box CPRI approved of 3 way suitable for HT 25 KV grade 3 phase 3 wire system with 09 Nos epoxy insulators and 03 Nos copper bus bar and made out of 3.15mm powder coated CRCA sheet having gasketed front hinged split doors with bottom detachable gland plate for upto 3 cable entry/exit of size upto 300 sqmm with suitable size of cadmium plated and nuts, bolts and washers and incl weatherproof, bottom hole, outdoor triple key weather proof pad lockings. The panel shall be mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground on suitable PCC foundations. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided. The panel shall be of powder coated colour red complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F expulsion fuse unit single pole mounted on insulator & steel frame complete with fused barrel (drop out fuse) suitable for 11 KV for current rating upto 50 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F gang operated air Brake switch triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator & steel frame with operating mechanisam worked from ground level suitable for 11 KV for current rating upto 200 Amps of approved make with and including operating rod, GI tubing 25mm dia medium grade single piece of suitable length and insulated handle complete all as specifed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Air Brake switch shall consist of three insulators per phase and 9 isolators in all.

S&F lightening arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for new jumper connection not less than 1.5 Mtr long between bus system to GOD and GOD to DO fuse unit with jumper made of 11 KV aluminum conductor (11KV) including clamps, crimple, PVC sleeves complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one head and screwed at the other, screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long with da of bolt upto 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F disc type, porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green insulator single disc assembly for conductors working pressure 11 KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 32X6 mm by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI pipe including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electri cal Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to ples or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium conductor, steel reinforced overhead conductors (all sizes) incl copper binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for mass filling of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete as in coping including necessary form work type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300X300X6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 20 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay strand wire, stay clamp and loop insulator etc complete all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed incl taking down old unsv. Note: Excavation, PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair glow sign board box type printed on poly carbonated sheet of size 200x100x25cm having provision of 3xLED tube light inside the box and 10 mtrs 3 core 1.5 sqmm circular PVC connecting wire with hanging arrangment as directed by engr -in charge. Note :- Background, font size & colour and material to be printed on board shall be as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.
