M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and coping beam stanchions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups spaces and binder cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams etc., and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 (Design Mix) in Beams, cantilevers bressummers, lintels/ tie over 1.5m span including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 (Design Mix) in columns,pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Enigneer in charge

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/Ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for PVC coated GI chain link fencing 3.5mm dia with 50mmx50mm mesh including fixing of MS line wire / rod, flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts including dismantling of fencing complete all as specified and as directed by Enigneer in charge Note: MS rod,flat iron & bolts shall be measured and paid as "Supply only"

Supply only mild steel screw bolts 10mm dia machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed by Enigneer in charge

Supply only 10 mm dia MS bars for support to chain link fencing confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply only Mild steel flat iron as in fillets for securing wire mesh including necessary drilling holes for bolts and welding confirming to Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for Mild Steel framed work such as fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Each line of wire to be measured be as single unit RM and payment will be made accordingly.

S&F Punch tape concertina coil of 610mm dia openable/stretchable to 6.0 meter round type, 51 spirals, core wire, high tensile spring steel wire galvanised as specified in IS-4454 including necessary wire for fixing coil on security / compound wall Y shape MS angle complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for single seating work station size 1200mm X 600mm and height 750mm upto disk and 1200mm upto top portion. Having a drawer, arrangement for CPU, UPS, keyboard tray, mouse pad, foot rest and file storage box with openable shutter with locking arrangements including auto closing hinges, telescopic channel and SS handles. 620mm high partition above the disk with a 75mm X 24mm thick wooden frame and 4mm thick chequarred /plain type glass on one side and rubber wood partition with notice board on other two sides the work station shall be made conforming to ISI specifications RUBCO HUAT rubber wood (White Rubber wood) panels/lumber finished with two coat of melamine polish over coat of wood filler/ Seller putty etc. Make of builder hardware.. Godrej, Alkos or equivalent as approved by GE Minniebay all items used should be make in India of best quality measurement or payment will be made from front of work station / etc length X height for all fixture in Sqm. (To be delivery at site of GE Minniebay)

M&L for side table of height 750mm upto top with three drawers complete with all fittings including auto hings, telescopic channels, runners, screws lock, legs and handles conforming to ISI specifications RUBCO HUAT rubber wood (White Rubber wood) panel / lumber finished with two coat of melamine polish over coat of wood filler/ Seller putty etc. Make of builder hardware.. Godrej, Alkos or equivalent as approved by GE Minniebay all items used should be make in India of best quality measurement or payment will be made from front of work station / etc length X height for all fixture in Sqm excluding the wooden legs. (To be delivery at site of GE Minniebay)

M&L for 12mm thick figure joint rubber wood board as in wall paneling including wooden fillets fixing to walls with all fittings and fixture fix to wall, ceiling (White Rubber wood) panels/lumber finished with two coat of melamine polish over coat of wood filler/ Seller putty etc. etc all as per directed by GE Minniebay. (To be delivery at site of GE Minniebay)

M&L for point wiring with two run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm (FRLSH), PVC conduit medium grade/ PVC casing caping and Gl metal boxes/PVC boxes (for mounting switches /sockets/ regulators/ceiling roses etc) and drawing one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) as earth continuity wire in green colour connected to common earth and each terminal box/fitting all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rate inclusive for the following :- (a) Gl metal flush box/PVC box and Modular cover plate with frame of any module complete. (b) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS Specification. (c) wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing caping as per site requirement.

M & L for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 10 sqmm (FRLSH) and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable green colour of size 10 Sqmm (FRLSH) as earth lead in and including concealed with PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size or surface wiring with PVC casing caping of suitable size and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification including taking down unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge Note : (i) Three run of cable with one run of PVC conduit/PVC casing and caping will be measured as one length. ii) Wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing caping as per site requirement.
