Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using Power Roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 200mm thick [Spread Thickness] Soling [or Sub Base] with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Laying and compacting 150mm thick [compacted thickness] laid in two layers of 75mm thick, Wet Mix Macadam [WMM] grading as per Table:400-13 of MORTH specifications of road and bridge works, 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 complete ass as specified and as directed.

Preparing WMM/WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS-1 conforming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.7 to 1 kg/sq.m on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works,2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Premixed Bituminous Macadam with approved job mix [design mix] laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber [consolidate thickness 75mm or less] using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30 as binder with 4% by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of testing charges, materials, and transportation etc. for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible in this regard. Mix shall be obtained from Hot Mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M & L for Preparing existing bituminous road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS-1 conforming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.2 to 0.3 kg/sq.m on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works,2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Bituminous Premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG – 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.

M & L for 100mm thick Moorum / Red Bajri filling, spread levelled and rammed / rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity including watering to and consolidated to required level, gradient and camber required as in Road side Berms complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, Kerb stone and foundation including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork [straight or curved] complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm Graded Aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc. of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide of specified colour cold applied type, applied by skilled painter/applicator of wet film thickness 400 microns in single coat and dry film thickness of 200 micron and coverage at the rate of 0.4 to 0.5 litres per sqm and application of drop on glass beads type IV [reflective index 1.5] @ 350 grams per sqm using Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate interfillers, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MOSRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Road Side Delineator [Reflector] as per approved model and conforming to IRC - 67, made of Powder Coated MS Pipe, 50mm bore, 600mm height, Heavy Grade, fitted with 2 Nos. of 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA Material with ABS Round Body, anti rust & anti theft steel net, fixed with Bolts, Nuts and Epoxy Glue, which emit excellent reflection during night time, with 3 reflective strips of colour Amber, Red or White or Green or Yellow, as approved by GE and duly embedded in PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 of size 150 X 150 X 300mm for fixing MS Post and earthwork etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 10cmx10cmx2cm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instruction.

Supply and laying of DWC [Double Wall Corrugated] HDPE Pipe and including fittings such as couplers, bends, end caps etc., ISI marked of Outer dia of 50mm and Inner dia 38mm polyethylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified.

S & F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, single swan neck, bolts, nuts and screws as specified of type 410 SP–31, 9.00m long complete all as specified. Note: Earth work Excavation, PCC, Coping will be measured and paid separately. Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, embedded portion in concrete shall be treated with tarring and sanding.

Supply and fixing XLPE armoured cable 2.5 Sqmm of 2 core PVC sheathed 1100 V Grade all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Street Light fitting GI bracket suitable for fixing of street light fitting by fabricating the size of 25/32 mm dia Light grade GI Pipe of length 1.2 mtr and suitable bend, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix LT Junction box for street lights, sheet Moulding Compound [SMC], hinged door type and locking arrangement, off white colour of size 139 x 119 x 70 mm [internal daimention] comprising 02 Nos AI busbar of adequate capacity including suitable size MS clamps, all as directed.

M & L GI Pipe “ light grade” 32mm dia for cable protection and ground to street light Junction box including fixing with suitable size of clamps, nut and bolts on RCC poles complete all as specified and directed.
