M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm size connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of G1 earth wire and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type CI chamber. MS funnel, wire gauge. 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos. 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I. Note: (i) Cost of GI earth wire and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returninng & filling, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit. (iv) All accessories required for galvanised steel plate electrode required, as specified and as directed. (v) If the desired earth registance is not achive during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable. (vi) Earth test report shall be submitted to Accepting Officer for the payment of RAR / FB

Supply and fix 32x6mm Galvanised Iron earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall / roof top/buried under ground/fixed to pole for loop earthing etc as required using Porcelain clit/post insulators with screws, nuts and bolts including necessary scaffolding and safety arragements complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze, size 75mm x 75mm x 25 mm thick, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos of 8 mm dia,25 mm long hexagonal head screws, including polycarbonate box of size 130X130X77mm for protection of test point terminal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long (99.9% molecularly copper) fixed on roof top of building at height not less than 4th floor with aluminium strip for conductivity to ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for PVC sleeve suitable for protection of lightening conductor of size 32 X6mm GI Strip on ground / wall from corrosion/rusting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earth pit indicator for existing earthing pit made out of 16 mm dia and 60 cm long MS square bar embedded in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Nominal mix type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in PCC block of size 30 X30 30cm including CI plate of size 30X30X 3mm thick fixed on side of PCC block complete al as directed by Engr -in - Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundations filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6(nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/collar of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F M/s Hukam leakage repair waterproof adhesive tape of size 5cmx5m for pipe leakage/ Roof Water Leakage Solution made up from Aluminium Foil Tape Waterproof heat resistant Adhesive Tape/Butyl Rubber Tape for sealing Surface Crack as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Dr.Fixit Instant Leak Plug (Fast setting powder) to immediately arrest water leakage from cracks in concrete and masonry surfaces and to seal the leaking / dripping water which applied under continuous wet conditions as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
