Supply and laying of DWC (Double corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked I8-14390 Part-I, of outer dia 40mm and inner dia 32mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler "0" ring etc, for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Tubes, light grade, galvanized with all fitting , laid in trenches Bore of tube in 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) Type-C1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosures for fixing of MCBs, double doors, and neutral 6 way complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 415 Volt 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning FPN/FP 16 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB, Single pole and neutral 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, ‘C’ curve, 10 kA all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing LED garden light fittings 40 watts 230 volts, AC outdoor type with decorative garden light for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete all accessories and connected fitting arrangement with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LT Junction box for Garden light sheet molding compound (SMC) hinged door type and locking arrangement , off white colour of size 250 x200x105mm (Make-sintex) comprising Al busbar of adequate capacity and 6A SP MCB-01 NO backbite base neutral link and 01 nos earthing terminal bolt and nut and connecting up with 2 runs of PVC sheathed cable, multistrande of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for testing and Earthing complete withgalvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600cm 6mm thick , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point and and necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:2:6) type C-1 with suitable size of CI cover plate with angle iron frame and opening arrangement ) incl providing copper sulphate and salt in alternate layer of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe ( light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect, protected by 40 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe up to earthing test point as directed, incl disposal of spoil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for installation of Air external lighting protection OPR (Optmised Pulse Rod) termination ESE(Early sterner emission) OPR 60 connecting striking point to down conductor to conduct the lighting to the ground , lighting counter and copper strip of size 32x6mm size , copper strip to connect existing strip with proper nut bolt and copper washer and insulator of suitable size complete including anchoring arrangement as required for fixing vertically at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cable duct complete and as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate of size 900x600x5mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level with a bottom layer MG SO4 of 150mm thick earth plate surrounded |with graphite powder, vegetable soil mixture with betonies in equal proportion, charcoal and common salt in equal proportion around and 150mm above the plate and 150 mm thick MG SO4 as top layer and remaining| portion filled with compact black cotton /loamy soil and connected with copper strip 32x6mm duly brazed and by| |means of bolts, nuts and washers up to 7.5 mtr length and connected to earthing test point, Gl pipe light grade 140mm bore for each lead protection and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering with funnel and wire| I mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES SSR Part I 2009 and specified and testing on completion| including provision of earth pit with necessary earth work , RCC 1:2:4 cover slab 50mm thick with reinforcement| lof 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm c/c both direction and PCC chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in| |ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required with 32x6mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm hex head screw complete all as specified and as directed.
