M & L for providing retro-reflective sign board made of 3 mm thick ACP sheet, digital printing on high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting type -IV with lamination as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the board and with the high intensity grade. The ACP sheet to be riveted of SS 304 grade frame of size 50mm x 2mm thick round pipe and inner frame 25 x 25 x1.50mm tube. The boards shall be fixed to No. 50mm x 2mm round post 3m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of ACP sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate primimg coat complete in all respect as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. E/M PORTION S & F Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel for 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system of capacity 150 KVAR with provision of incoming MCCB 250 Amps with provision to fix on ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation for fixing the APFC Panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S & F for MCCB 4 Pole , 415 V, adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA (for APFC incomer) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric cable of size 3.5 core x 185 Sqmm with stranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches /fixing on wall/ poles or passing through pipe, including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing on completion, with GI protections pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried earth pit not less than 2.25m depth below normal ground level with to edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to & including galvanised earth strip of size 25 x 4mm by mean of GI bolts & nuts etc with provision of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering with GI pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade) & MS funnel, concrete pit including excavation and earthwork and testing on completion etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Refilling of the earth pit shall be carried out with black cotton soil. (ii) GI strip 25 x 4mm & GI protection pipe upto 7.5 m length & GI pipe for watering shall be measured under this item. (iii) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost (iv) Earth work is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S & F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP protection of IP-67 having outer dia 120 mm and inner dia of 103 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of UG cable all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing of framed stages including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & install hiwall split units indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in-built cooling arrangements and digital invertor twin rotary of capacity 1.5 TR 5 star rating complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning Voltage Stabilizer for automatic correction and operation single phase neutral air cooled split type and designed for input variation between 170 to 250 V with output stabilizer at 230V with necessary +/- 2.5% and of capacity 3 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCBs 230 V, with single pole MCB 20 A SP 'C' curve complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for submain wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2 x 4.0 Sqmm drawn into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 20mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings and fixing accessories and 4.0 Sqmm FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) 3 Runs of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth.

Supply and lay of LT UG cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed steel armoured 1100 volts grade multistranded aluminium conductor of size 2 core 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP protection of IP-67 having outer dia 50 mm and inner dia of 38 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI pipe 50mm bore light grade with all fittings laid in trenches/on wall / on poles crossing for road etc/ for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F loop in /loop out box of size 200 x 140 x 95 mm PVC moulded terminal box with locking arrangement comprising of one 4 way conncetor complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sintex, Code No :GSJB-2014 Hinged(L) type or equivalent in Hensel/ OBO

Note : (i) Necessary 20 mm PVC conduit & 1 Sqmm 3 core PVC sheathed PVC insulated copper cable upto 9 mtr is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates (ii) MS clamps for fixing of GI pipe bend / Junction boxes if required is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.
