M& L for Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old external surfaces of walls, Facias, cornices etc and applying one coat of weather proof anti fungal paint on walls all as per manufacturer instruction and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Mild steel angle iron work as in struts and posts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drill holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh and wire any type) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting and embedding in concrete and screwing etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for painting to new steel and iron surfaces of exc. 10cm wide or girth by two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepatring Old steel/ Iron surfaces of any description exc 10cm Width or Girth and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of Redoxide primer complete all specifiedcand directed.

Supplying and fixing of galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line of wire to be meassured ) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Concertina Coil Fencing with Punched Tape Concertina Coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire conforming to IS – 4454 [Part – 1], of Grade – SM duly Hot Dipped Galvanised as per IS – 4826 with 230GSM, 600mm dia, 10 Metre openable length, with Galvanised coating and Punched Tape material as per IS – 513, having 50 Nos Rounds per 6 Metre length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb Length 24±1mm, Barb Width 19±1mm, Pitch between Two Barbs 35±1mm], Spring Core Wire [2.6 mm thick] of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sq.mm with tape [0.52mm thick] and weight 43.478 Grams / Metre and fixing to “Y” or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] Wire, Stud tied with GI Staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with Px Compound [Anti Rust] complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire & angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule "A". Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.5mm thickness, of colour as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, etc, fixed with & including self tapping screws on angle frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors and paving of heavy vehicle parking, 100mm thick, laid in panels and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Factory made, machine pressed, M-40 grade concrete interlocking paver blocks, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS:15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair metal enclosure distribution board SPN, 4 way 240 volts, with 200 amps rated bus bar, double door suitable for mounting MCBs including taking down old MCB/DB complete all as specified and directed. Note-: Incoming & outgoing connections from yhe DB shall be provided with proper lugs/ thimbles etc

Supply and fix MCB single pole 240 volts, 6 to 32 amps "B" series complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair single pole and netural 240 Volts 32 amps complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less thab 1.5 Meter below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of GI and GI tubing 20 mm bore light grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 x 54 x 5 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI tubing (LG) for watering, charcoal or coal and salt in alternate layers including excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part - I

Supply, lay, test and commissioning under ground XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty under ground cable, suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches/duct sleeving through pipe in duct, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of cross section area 2 core 10 sq mm including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specifid and diretced.

Supply & lay cable protection pipe of HDPE double wall corrugated (DWC) incl couplers,bends etc of size 50 mm OD and ID 38mm confirming to IS 14930 -II and ISI Marked all specified and directed.

S& F in repair steel water tubes light grade (ISI marked) galvanised with all fittings supporting for ceiling fans in ceilings of size 50 mm bore pipe, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cutting bituminous road at a width not more than 30cm and a depth not exceeding 60 cm for laying of pipes on road crossing for cable protection and making good with cement concrete 1:2:4, type, B-2 to match the existing surfaces of the road all as specified and as directed.
