S&F in replacement of GI Pipe bracket suitable for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia GI tubing light grade 1.5m long bent to shape, fixed with necessary arrangement for fixing the existing street light fitting on pole / wall with two sets of clamps made out of flat iron 50 x 6mm, bolts, nuts and washers including applying two coats of aluminium paint over on coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PVC flexible cable with copper conductor 2.5 sqmm, 2 core, 1100 volts grade multistranded for connecting from existing junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed Make : Havells / Polycab / Finolex or equivalent

Supply and fix FRP junction box of size 250 x 200 x 105 mm for loop in - loop out connections of street lights including one four pole connector mounted on existing street light poles complete all as specified and directed Make : Sintex / Hensel or equivalent

S&F in repairs factory made street light control panel, with and including all accessories such as control switch, contactor, automatic control relay, pre-wired etc. fixed on fabricated angle iron channel of suitable size and grouting on floor, Timelite-40 Amps, 3 Pole 230/415 volts-Astronomical Time switch (suitable for Pune area), Make -Indo-Asian Cat No.TLO65ASO or equivalent in Havells, Stranded, Legrand.

M&L for cleaning LT/Street light poles of 8.5/9.0 mtrs long and any description thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/rust carefully and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer and marking of zebra crossings up to a height of 1.0m above the coping with black and yellow strips of synthetic enamel paint including white wash to the coping and marking of pole numbers complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Dismantling foundation of LT pole of any height by taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole in true vertical position including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in both foundation and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 and applying two coats of paint to pole surface, type of paint shall be as per requirement of pole complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessary crane / vehicle charges for shifting and installation of the pole incluidng new pcc foundation and earth works.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable MCCB 3P 63-100 A 25kA and Supply,test,install & commissioning of new MCCBs 415volts,50 Hz, suitable for exisitng panel (frame size shall be matched with existing one) for fixing in panel board/sheet metal enclosures/distribution boards with necessary cable connections,suitablel type size of lugs, glands,nuts,bolts,spreaderer links and screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following capacities. Note: (i)The above item shall be executed within 01 hour from the complaint recieved as and when required basis on the discretion Engr-in-charge. (ii) However any further delay in execution of the above item a penalty of 05 times the rate quoted may be deemed to be recovered at the time of RAR on the discretion of Engr-in-charge (iii) Tenderer should employed highly skilled and well known technicians for executing the above item timely (iv) Tenderer is deemed to inclusive of cable lugs / links suitable for MCCBs / MCBs Make : Legrand / L&T / Havells / Indoasian / Standard or equivalent

Supply,test,laying & commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches / duct/ fixed to wall with suitable size clamps / passing through pipe/Tunnel/under ground/surface up to the termination point(as directed by Engr-in-Charge) with necessary end terminations with suitable size cable lugs, cable glands, fixing of lugs with crimping with tool,nuts,boltsetc of the following sizes and including taking out unserviceable burnt out cable from its existing location size of cable 2 core 10 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :- Make : Polycab / Gloster / Finolex / Havells or equivalent

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation, laying of poles in trenches and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance no exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes confirming to IS -14930 part-II with IP protection -68 having outer dia 50 mm and inner dia of 38 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for cable protection all specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Galvanised iron tubing 80 mm dia light grade laind in trenches/floors/walls for eath lead protection and cables at road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Design, fabrication, supply and errecting connecting and testing totally enclosed LT Cubical bus bar panel board of size 4-Way,200Amps 3 Phase 4 wire system Outdoor type 3.15mm ,double door front and back openeing type sloped canopy(Hood) on top extended 100mm all-around, cable alley, provision of knock out type plates for various sizes of cable up to 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core in and out (Panel board shall have sufficent space to accommodate spare cables also) etc, CPRI approved factory made fabricated out of 3.15mm thik CRCA sheet duly treated through 7 tank pre treatment process and painted with epoxy power coated mat finish of SIEMENS GREY structral RAL 7032 shade colour, built in industrial type locking arrangement on front and back and suitable capacity of bus bars comrprising of three phases (RYB) and Neutral along with connectors set of four and insulators type-SMC/DMC, Panel mounted on angle iron frame of 50x50x6mm thick duly painted and embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 45cm below ground level and 15cm above ground level and consisting the following provisions

M&L for Attending of LT 1.1 kV Break downs, checking faults and renwal of burnt fuse wires in in 1.1kV installations with necessary tools i.e 1.1kv discharge rod, meggers,gloves etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i) T&P shall be provided by contractor in free of cost, deemed rate shall be included in the quoted rate. (ii) One Skilled electrican and helper shall be provided while attending this job in free of cost,deemed rate shall be included in the quoted rate. (iii) proper isloation and safety guidelines shall be followed by the contractor, incase of any eventulity the contractor is fully responsible.

Maintenance of earthings of installations like cleaning of earth pits, treatment of earthing by pauring salt water, replacement of perished wire mesh, unserviceable funnel and repair works like patch works to the PCC chambers and RCC cover with cement mortar 1 : 4 all as directed.

Taking out HT/LT UG cable laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/surface and relaying/rerouting the same cable shall laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/surface as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i)Earth work shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant items (ii) taking out &relaying of cable protection pipe shall be measured & paid separetly under relevant items

Taking out cable protection pipe laid in underground/trench/ and relaying same in underground/trench as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: laying direction of cable protection pipe shall as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F cable route indicator,made out of 150mm dia and 6mm thick MS plate,duly embossed with description as"MES LT 1100V UG cable" fitted to 0.5m long angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x3mm with bolts and nuts and painting all over with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 block size 200mm x 200mm x 200mm and planted in cable trench all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 core 4 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections including necessary end terminations with suiatble lugs with crimping tool,screws etc completed all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
