[d] The work is required to be executed in highly restricted area along Main Runway. Therefore, the work shall be executed during non-flying hours either during Day or Night without causing any disturbance for flying. Proper safety arrangement, equipment shall be provided by the contractor for workmen. [e] On any of the days if the grass cutting team of labours does not attend the site complaint on the same day. Failing which a penalty of Rs. 2000 per 08 hours shall be levied and the decision of GE in this regard will be final and binding.
