Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B2 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in hard standing, surface channels, drains etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in copings,lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, tring courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, kneelers, pex stones,bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for pavement Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), and finishing surfaces of concrete in hard-standing sub-floors, sub-bases, etc.even and rough to receive the topping layer.

Use of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B1, using 12.5 mm stone aggregates, as in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT mild steel bars, 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime/cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width, in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and 5mm on top in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour for rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Demolition of precast concrete articles as in paver blocks, kerb stone , Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. laid dry of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made rubber moulded precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size made of grey cement with pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with and including 30mm thick sand bedding well compacted watered and rammed to true level etc complete all as directed.

M & L for Precast concrete Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of min thickness15cm and depth 30cm or similar, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:4 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction.

M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old painted surfaces up to 15.00 metres height and applying two coat of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] on Walls in Chequered Pattern with approved shade and size of Chequers including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing old surfaces plastered or unplastered on wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of existing bituminous / concrete surfaces of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc. and Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters, etc. on Roads / Pavements / Runway / Dispersal / Taxi Tracks and the like exceeding 10cm width or girth with Two Coats of Water based Acrylic Runway marking paint of colour White or Golden Yellow or Yellow or Black or Red complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of existing surfaces of Taxiway Marking and Turning Pads of Runway surfaces of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc. and Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc. and the like exceeding 10 cm width or girth (Retro Reflective Type) of color yellow with white and black borders, cold applied type, applied by skilled painter manually or with mechnical applicator of wet film thickness of 400 microns in single coat and dry film thickness of 200 microns and coverage @ the rate of 0.4 to 0.5 litres per square meter and application of drop on Glass beads Type IV (Reflective Index 1.5) @ 50 Grams per square meter complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of runway cross drains or drains adjacent to runway (closed/open) of any cross section of width not exceeding 2.00 at top by removing vegetation, debris, waste materials and mud deposits etc. manually/mechanically all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of runway cross drains or drains adjacent to runway (closed/open) of any cross section of width greater than exc 2.00m n exc 6.00 at top by removing vegetation, debris, waste materials and mud deposits, sludge complete upto the bottom of drain etc. and throwing the sludge outside MD land using tipper or any other transportation method mechanically/manually all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be considering following provisions and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. [a] The work shall be executed as and when required basis / urgent basis for smooth / free flow of rain water etc. during any season or whether conditions or at any time during the day or night as ordered / as required at site. [c] Usually, the labour when ordered shall report at site for cleaning of drain within 02 Hours and the blockage shall be cleared on the same day. Failing which a penalty @ ₹ 2,000.00 Per 08 Hours shall be levied and the decision of GE shall be final and binding. [d] Area shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge and representative of users. [f] The work shall be carried out using JCB / Tata Hitachi EX 70 / 210 Excavator or any other Machinery as required at site. [e] Proper care shall be taken while removing the silt, grit, mud and other materials to avoid any damage to the existing underground cables and pipelines etc. Damage if any occurs to the underground cables and pipelines, the same shall be made good immediately to match the existing and to restore the services and rate quoted is deemed to be including the same. [f] Sludge/debris removal outside INS Utkrosh land will be paid under respective items.

Cleaning of Runway Main Cross drains adjacent to LRMR Hanger and along Runway (closed/open) of any cross section of width greater than 6.00m at top having varing depth ranging from 2.00 m to 10.0m, along by removing vegetation, debris, waste materials and mud deposits, sludge complete upto the bottom of drain etc. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be considering following provisions and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. [a] The work shall be executed as and when required basis / urgent basis for smooth / free flow of rain water etc. during any season or whether conditions or at any time during the day or night as ordered / as required at site. [b] The rate quoted is deemed to including the cost of dewatering as required in any condition including foul condition, all the tools and plant as required, removing and replacing in position existing cover slabs of any description without disturbing the existing drains. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. [c] Usually, the labour when ordered shall report at site for cleaning of drain within 02 Hours and the blockage shall be cleared on the same day. Failing which a penalty @ ₹ 2,000.00 Per 08 Hours shall be levied and the decision of GE shall be final and binding. [d] Area shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge and representative of users. [e] The work shall be carried out using JCB / Tata Hitachi EX 100 /210 Excavator with Camshell bucket or grapple or any other Machinery as required at site. [f] Proper care shall be taken while removing the silt, grit, mud and other materials to avoid any damage to the existing underground cables and pipelines etc. Damage if any occurs to the underground cables and pipelines, the same shall be made good immediately to match the existing and to restore the services and rate quoted is deemed to be including the same. [g] The work is required to be executed in highly restricted area along Main Runway. Therefore, the work shall be executed during non-flying hours either during Day or Night without causing any disturbance for flying. Proper safety arrangement, equipment shall be provided by the contractor for workmen. [h] Sludge/debris removal outside INS Utkrosh land will be paid under respective items.

Removal of debris & sludge including wastes material carried out with incoming strom water flow/drain flow inside INS Utkrosh manually or with the use of mechanical equipment or Hitachi and throwing the removed sludge/debris outside INS Utkrosh land using tipper or truck or any other transportation method mechanically/manually all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs black acrylic sheet 4 to 5 mm thick fixed with and including GI screws, washers and nut bolts to pipes of GO Marker / DTGM /display board all as directed .

Supply and fix in repair fluorescent self adhesive radium reflective tape, deep orange colour, cut to shape as in letters, size of letter over 10 cm width or grith all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including riveting and/or welding as directed and fixing with screws, bolts, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1 Ton Capacity Chain Pulley Block Lift 3 Mtr industrial-grade for lifing heavy-duty jobs quickly and accurately such as MS framed work grills, gratings, gates etc. having loading Chain diameter of 6 mm Galvanised Mild steel black with lifting height of 3 Mtrs minimum (Total Weight of Chain Pulley block should be more than 10 Kgs ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The material should be of high tensile strength galvanized steel with long operating life and durable. (ii) The welding or fixing work to be done is included no extra charge will be paid. (iii) The Mild Steel work if required, will be paid in the respective items.

S&F Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410-W (Gde-E250) quality-A fixed & welded all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Racking out existing Bituminous Sealant from Expansion Joints to a depth of at least 30mm, cleaning edges up to a depth of at least 15 mm by scrapping / grinding by mechanical means to expose the concrete surfaces, cleaning the joint, removing the sticky, foreign and loose particles, Placing PVC Foam Baker Bar of 25 mm dia, inserting the same to keep a clear depth of 10 mm from top of pavement, applying epoxy based primer compound to the sides of joint from Baker Bar to the top of pavement, applying polyurethane sealant mixed thoroughly by stirring with Palette Knife and applying the same to the joint to a depth of 10 mm up to the top of pavement in Expansion Joints of 20 mm width complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

M & L for Racking out existing Bituminous Sealant from Construction / Dummy Joints to a depth of at least 20mm, cleaning edges up to a depth of at least 15 mm by scrapping / grinding by mechanical means to expose the concrete surfaces, cleaning the joint, removing the sticky, foreign and loose particles, Placing PVC Foam Baker Bar of 10-15 mm dia, inserting the same to keep a clear depth of 10 mm from top of pavement, applying epoxy based primer compound to the sides of joint from Baker Bar to the top of pavement, applying polyurethane sealant mixed thoroughly by stirring with Palette Knife and applying the same to the joint to a depth of 10 mm up to the top of pavement in Construction / Dummy Joints of 10-12 mm width complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Cleaning / removing the rubber particles from runway surface (Touch down points of Aircraft) by RUBBER REMOVAL EQUIPMENT AS PRESCRIBED BY AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF INDIA and washing down the waste with water pressure (without disturbing the original surface) and removing the waste using vaccum cleaner so that surface is ready for operation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (a) The rubber remvoal shall be done by Approved agency who has experience of carry out rubber removal with such equipment in other Air-field and the approval of equipment shall be taken prior to carry out the work by Garrison Engineer. (b) The rubber removal is done by rubber removal equipment as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and prior approval shall be taken from Garrison Engineer. (c) The rubber remvoal shall be done twice a year during pre-monsoon and post monsoon period. (d) The Air-field is operational. So, the work shall be done durin Non - flying hours during day or night as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and user.

Performing Skid resistance test with PORTABLE SKID RESISTANCE TESTER (PSRT) on the rubber removed surface at the Touch down area of Aircraft @ 2.5 m c/c on both side ( Eastern / Western side ) of the center line of runway in a span of 15.00 m total width and for a given runway length of 300 m with the help of Portable BRITISH PENDULUM TESTER all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Caliberation test certificate should be submitted for the test equipment before performing the test (b) The test report in duplicate should be submitted in hard copy as per standard format or as prescribed. (c) The test should be performed by the qualified technician who have prior experience in this field. (d) The PSRT test is to be carried out on Touch down area of runway surface at flexible as well as rigid pavements. (e) The test shall be carried out within one week of rubber removal process so as to ascertain friction value of cleaned surface. (f) The test shall be conducted five times at one location and avg reading shall be considered. (g) The test shall be conducted during non-flying hours (day/night) as per the guidelines of ATC.

M & L for Periodic cutting of Grass with the help with min of 3 Hand held Grass cutting Machine of reputed Make per day for Cutting and Sweeping Grass after cutting of Grass, bushes, small plants of any type along the sides of Dispersal Area, Taxi Track, Runway, Shoulders and Airfield areas throughout the contract period, including supply of Fuel, lubricants, spares, renewal of blades as required including maintenance and repairs to Machine and trade insurance and license fees including removing of debris to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m from the site complete all as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be considering following provisions and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. [a] Area of Grass cutting shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge and representative of users as and when required basis. [b] Periodicity of grass cutting, will be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in consultation with users. For this purpose, the tenderer shall maintain a register indicating the details of location, date, area, signature of Engineer-in-Charge, user's representative and Contractor. [c] The grass shall be cut so that the protruding grass shall not be more than 15mm above ground level and disposal as directed. [d] The work is required to be executed in highly restricted area along Main Runway. Therefore, the work shall be executed during non-flying hours either during Day or Night without causing any disturbance for flying. Proper safety arrangement, equipment shall be provided by the contractor for workmen. [e] On any of the days if the grass cutting team of labours does not attend the site complaint on the same day. Failing which a penalty of Rs. 2000 per 08 hours shall be levied and the decision of GE in this regard will be final and binding.
