Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in base, cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as speciefied and as directed.

M & L for galvanised iron tubing 100 mm dia light grade laid in trenches /floors /walls /under ground for earth lead protection and cables at road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP Protection of IP-67 having outer dia 120 mm and inner dia of 103 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of HT UG cable all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION Design, fabrication, supply and errecting connecting and testing totally enclosed LT Cubical panel board of suitable size, 3 Phase 4 wire system Outdoor type 3.15mm, double door front and back opening type sloped canopy(Hood) on top extended 100mm all-around, separate compartment for each control gear, cable alley, provision of knock out type plates for various sizes of cable up to 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core in and out(Panel board shall have sufficient space to accommodate spare cables also) , incoming and outgoing feeders duly marked on revited plates etc, CPRI approved factory made fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly treated through 7 tank pre treatment process and painted with epoxy powder coated matt finish of SIEMENTS GREY structural RAL 7032 shade colour, built in industrial type locking arrangement on front and back and pre wired with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for controls and monitors, PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs, Panel mounted on angle iron frame of 50 x 50 x 6mm thick duly painted and embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, including taking down old u/s one complete and consisting the following provisions:-

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanized iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore from earth electrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on completion all as directed. Note :- Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanized iron earth strip of 32 x 6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as requied 25 x 6mm galvanised iron strip including taking old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, test, install & commsissioning of 4-Way, 200 Amps Bus bar chambers (including 4 bus bars i.e R,Y,B and neutral), 3-Ph with neutral,1100 volts, 50Hz including suitable sheet metal enclosure along with necessary screws, nuts, bolts and other misc accessories and making connections (input & out put) with cable terminal ends complete for the following current carrying capacities, panel mounted on suitable size & thickness of angle iron frame (proper mounting shall be done) duly painted and embeded in necessary required quantity of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 30cm below ground level and 15cm above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, test, laying & commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed), 3.5 core 185 Sqmm laid in trenches / duct/ fixed to wall with suitable size clamps / passing through pipe/ tunnel /under ground/ surface up to the termination point (as directed by Engr-in-Charge) with necessary end terminations with suitable size cable lugs, cable glands, fixing of lugs with crimping with tool, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, test, laying & commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed), 3.5 core 150 Sqmm laid in trenches / duct/ fixed to wall with suitable size clamps / passing through pipe/ tunnel /under ground/ surface up to the termination point (as directed by Engr-in-Charge) with necessary end terminations with suitable size cable lugs, cable glands, fixing of lugs with crimping with tool, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.
