Military Engineer Services Tender

Note for item No 2 & 3 : The Contractor shall submit the following:- (a) All structural drawing and Steel Tower drawing including the details of all structural members, junction details required if any expansion joints for execution of work. (b) Design calculations, STAAD file and drawing duly vetted by any of the IIT/IISc Bangalore /SERC/NIT/Govt Engineering Colleges. (c) Certificate from above vetting agency that the design is meeting relevant codal requirement (d) Details of Quantities of: (i) Steel reinforcement & Structural Steel (section wise) (ii) RCC (Grade and location wise) (iii) Design parameter shall be followed as mentioned under relevant para of PS hereinafter. The rate includes the provisions of the following :- (i) Necessary foundation for structures as mentioned above shall be followed as per Sch 'A' notes. (ii) Necessary excavtion for the foundation. (iii) All types of joinery, building hardware and other items which are essential and required to complete the building in all respect as specified (iii) Any items which are essential and required to complete the structure as specified herein-before and not found mentioned hereinbefore/after shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate and as per sound engineering practices and IS codal provisions to complete the work in all respect. Nothing extra whatsoever shall be admissible. Decision of the Accepting Officer, shall be final, conclusive and binding.

GENERAL SUMMARY NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - II to IX are prepriced by MES under Ser No. 6.00 to 13.00. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only.

FENCING AND GATE Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing of mesh size 50x50mm & made out of 3mm GI wire with 1mm thick PVC coating incl transportation to site complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Design, fabrication, supply and erecting connecting and testing totally enclosed LT cubical panel board of suitable size (proper space shall be provided for working in each compartment ),3 Phases 4 wire system outdoor type 3.15mm, double door front and back opening types, separate compartment of each control gear, cable alley, provision of knock out type plates for various sizes of cable 3.5 Core in and out, incoming and outgoing feeders duly marked on revited plates etc. CPRI approved factory made fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly treated through 7 tank pre treatment process and painted with epoxy powder coated mat finish of SIEMENS GREY structural RAL 7032 shade color, built in industrial type locking arrangement on front and back and pre wired with PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs,panel mounted on suitable size & thickness of angle iron frame (proper mounting shall be done)duly painted and embedded in necessary required quantity of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 30 cm below the ground level and 30 cm above ground level and consisting the following provisions:- (a) Onload change over 4 pole 100 Amps,36 KA-01 Nos(Incoming) (b) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps adj type 36KA-01 Nos(Incoming) (c) MCCB 3 pole 40-63 Amps , 25KA-03 Nos (outgoing-02+01 spare) (d) MCB 3 pole 25-63 Amps,10 KA -02 Nos(Outgoing-01+01 spare) (d) Aluminium Busbar 200 Amps with sleeves-04 (three phase with natural and connector set of 4)

(e) Indicator lamp set of 03-01 Set (f) Control wiring with PVC insulator multistranded copper conductor, insulator for bushbar mounting 3 Nos of suitable CT's and accessories 01 Set (g) Digital type voltmeter 0-500 volts cl accuracy -0.5 with inbuild selector switch (h) Digital type 3Ph Ampere meter 0-150 Amps of cl accuracy -0.5 with inbuild selector switch alongwith operated with ct coil. (j) Insulators: SMC/DMC Insulators Note : Earth work and PCC work is deemed to be inclusive of Quoted rate.

M&L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix time switches 3P Module, 24 hours program, Programmable every 15 min., backup of TA926453 3934 100 hrs., current capacity 16A, with 1 changeover (1 CO) 250V, with conductor fitted inside steel encloser all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC junction box of size 200mm X 140mm X 95 mm, light weight pole mounting hinged type mounting of box on pole with MS flat frame arrangement and necessary connector for looping in and looping out cables connection and suitable glands complete.

Material & Labour for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper pipe electrode earthing maintenance free earthing based on 3 mtr long copper pipe 18mm dia (ID) with wall thickness of 2mm, copper strip in pipe and filled with MFC for improvement of conductivity of electrode duly fixed with connector at top connection of copper strip 25 x 3mm riveted/ nut bolt after 12mm boring and further earth continuity conductor made of copper strip 25 x 3 mm upto 7.5m., 60 Kg BFC shall be filled around the copper pipe electrode, including providing FRP pit cover of size 250mm x 250mm x 250mm complete as per manufacturer specification and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Item include a set of 3 Nos Earthing) Note:- (i) Rate included for testing, commissioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Vendors are bound to get earthing result upto 1 Ohm with grid of three earthings, Any additional work and material required to achieve the required result is included in the cost. (iii) Earth strip beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth work is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v)Set of three jobs shall be measured & paid as one unit rate ,rates quoted deemed to be included in unit cost.

S&F for HDPE double door corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II IP protection of IP-67 having outer dia 120mm and inner dia of 103mm with necessary couplers bends etc for protection of LT UG cable all as specified and directed.

M&L LED Aviation Obstruction light with Neon lamp having temperature range from -10 to +60 and voltage range from 12 to 24 V including necessary wiring as required to operate the aviation light from nearest point all as specified and as directed.

AIR CONDITIONING Supply and install testing and commissioning Voltage Stabilizer for automatic correction and operation single phase neutral air cooled split type and designed for input various between 170 to 250 V with output stabilizer at 230V with necessary +/- 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete.

M&L LCD display ,micro controlled Digital time switches comprising of supply voltage 110-240Volts, 50Hz, Power consumption max 6VA,minimum switching time 1 min,with current rating 16Amps,switching modes shall have Auto program run, Instant on up to next auto event ,instant off up to next auto event, continuous on, continuous off & shall have LED indications & all necessary wiring, connections loop in/out from split ac to AC metal clad box & this timer shall be house adequate size of PVC enclouser complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: GIC cat no. 67DDT0(Crono) or its eqlt in Siemens/ABB/Schenieder
