M&L for bituminous road cutting / Footpath to a width of 60cm and depth 90cm for laying of LT cable and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type B1(using 20mm grade stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 3.5 core x 240 sq.mm. (laid in trenches, ducts, pole, wall etc.) complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge. Note: (i) Necessary test results like continuity test, megger tests, shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before the cable is laid. (ii) Excavation earth work will be measured and paid separately.

S&F gang operated air Brake switch triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator & steel frame with operating mechanisam worked from ground level suitable for 11 KV for current rating upto 200 Amp of approved make with and including operating rod, GI tubing 25mm dia medium grade single piece of suitable length and insulated handle complete all as specifed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : AB switch shall consist of three insulators per phase and 9 isolators in all.

S&F lightining arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp suitable for 11000 volts complete including taking out old unservicable lightining arrester all as specified and directed.

M&L for new jumper connection not less than 1.5 Mtr long between bus system to GOD and GOD to DO fuse unit with jumper made of 11 KV aluminum conductor (11 KV) including clamps, crimple, PVC slveeeves complete all as specifid and directed.

M&L in repair cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and one finishing coat of paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one head and screwed at the other, screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long with da of bolt upto 10mm complete ass as specified and directed.

Supply & lay GI Pipe 100 mm dia medium grade in the trench crossings/obstructions for cable protection, including cutting of existing road and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified & directed

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade

S&F disc type, porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green insulator single disc assembly for conductors working pressure 11 KV grade all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 32X6 mm by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI pipe including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of outdoor LT Panel / LT Pillar Box of minimum dimensions 1.8m x 1.4m x 0.6m size with following specifications. Fabrication Details : CPRI approved Main frame 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, partition sheets / covers / doors of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, gland plates 2 mm thick MS sheet (undrilled), base frame on ICMS channel with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for outdoor installation, free standing floor mounted with degree of protection IP- 65 and locking arrangements. Bus bar details : Material shall be alluminum bus bar, sleeving heat shrinkable type, with bus bar sizes for phase 40mmx20mm aluminium Flat, neutral 40x10mm aluminium flat and bus bar support of epoxy type. Painting Details : Pillar box shall be powder coated and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of redoxide primer.

S&F in repair glow sign board box type printed on poly carbonated sheet of size 200 x 100 x 25 cm having provision of 3 x LED tube light inside the box and 10 mtrs 3 core 1.5 sqmm circular PVC connecting wire with hanging arrangment as directed by engr -in charge. Note :- Background, font size & colour and material to be printed on board shall be as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of AC 3 phase 50 HZ 100 KVA capacity transformer step down, outdoor type 11000/433 volts (at no load) all as per IS:1180, copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type, delta connected on primary (HV) side and star connected on secondary (LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group-4) with neutral brought on secondary (LV) side & having tappings in equal steps of 2.5 % from (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% on primary side by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear, so as to change/correct L.T voltage on secondary side including provision of all necessary / standard fittings and mainly comprising of :- (a) One cable box on primary H.V side having cable glands suitable for 95sqmm 3 core XLPE 11 KV H.T cable (consisting of 3 Nos porcelain H.T bushings with brass/ gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers) (b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushings with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing L.T. PVC sheathed armoured cables of size 2 x 240 sqmm 3.5 core . (c) Oil conservator with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of denydrating agent . (t) Any other fittings / accessories so as to conform the whole transformer to IS-1180 (u) Construction of Plinth of size 1.5mx 1.5mx0.7m for transformer, using 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in lean concrete, flyash brick masonry in CM 1:6, the top of the plinth shall consist of 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over compacted moorum filling, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick surface with and including 25 cm thick stone aggregates of size 12.5 mm all around upto and including 1.5 m from the edge of the plinth including the Gate and fencing complete all as specified and as shown on TD drawing No CEPZ/98/TD/6, Sheet No 2/2 and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

S & F in repair steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type410 SP-31 (9.0 meter long) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for street light mounting bracket made up of 32 mm dia galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, 1.50 metres long, bent to shape with inner angle not less than 120°, with and including necessary fixing clamps fabricated out of angle iron/flat iron of suitable size, bolts, nuts and washers as required and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix FRP pole box 170 x 170 x 105 mm consisting of 1 No 50 A 4 pole connector and 1 No 16 A MCB SP including taking down the old/unserviceable junction boxes all as specified and directed.
