Supply and fixing of PVC Junction box of size 250X200X100 mm ,light weight pole mounting hinged type including MCB Sp 06Amps -1 No including necessary clamp for MCB mounting and mounting of Box on pole with MS flat frame arrangement and necessary connector for looping in and looping out cable connection and suitable glands complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Sintex / Hensel or equivalent

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plitnh beams; and similar work as in rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Supply,test,erection & commissioning of Steel tubalar swaged poles staying in a truely vertical position till the foundations are properly set with the help crane complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of holes to poles for clamps & hooks for running of earth wire/Strip complete all as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 mtrs length poles complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i)Crane charges for erection shall be deemed to be including in quoted rate. (ii) Earth work,PCC,coping shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) The rates include staying the poles in atruely vertical position till the foundations are properly set. (iv)The rates include cast iron base plate,nuts,bolts,screws,painting of steel tubular poles,drilling of holes in steel tubular poles for fixing of clamps,hooks for continuous earth wire/strip. (v) rates include applying two coats of alumium paint on coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of HDPE double wall corrugated pipe confirming to IS -14930 Part with IP protection IP-67 having inner dia 50 mm complete terminated up to termination end point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply,test,laying & commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade, 4 core 16 sqmm laid in trenches / duct/ fixed to wall with suitable size clamps / passing through pipe/Tunnel/under ground/surface up to the termination point(as directed by Engr-in-Charge) and cable end terminations crimped with suitable size cable lugs, cable glands with tool,nuts,bolts etc and connecting end terminations to DBs/LT panel/Busbar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed

M &L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed complete.

-Ditto all as per item No. 8 above but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete

S&F MSPlate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates,caps,bases,splices,angle brackets, cleats and other connections complete and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable protection pipe upto 1.5 m depth all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new sheet metal enclousre street light control panel, with and including all accessories such as control switch, contactor, digital timer,automatic control relay, pre-wired etc. fixed on fabricated angle iron channel of suitable size, IP 54/55, Timelite-32 Amps, 3 Pole 230 volts-digital timer switch , Make -Indo-Asian Cat No.Timelite-32A 3Pole/230V-Digital Time Switch or equivalent in Havells, Standard, Legrand.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil including cutting of roots / branches below ground levels where ever required complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick complete

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on walls in CM (1:6) finish the surfaces even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanized iron earth wire 4mm mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanized iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 15mm bore from earth electrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SI Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on completion all as directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 50 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete Make : Bansal / Tata / Jindal or equivalent

Supply and laying PCC (1:2:4) 20mm graded aggregate type B1 forcoping of PCC for poles long complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F 12mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and secured the other or screwed the both ends each screwed ends to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nuts n.exc 5cm long complete all as directed
