(h) All drawing for structural drawing, PEB structure incl the details of expansion joint, if any, details of structural members, junction, structural plans, sections required for execution of works etc shall be furnished in original tracing along with soft copy in CD and 5 Sets of Hard copy. (j) Details of quantities of following items shall be furnished :- (i) Steel - Section wise (ii) RCC - (Grade and location wise) (k) Surface and sub-surface drainage to be provided for Hangar floor to ensure the highest level of water tabel remains at least one meter below the bottom of subgrade in consultation by and duly vetted by IITs/IISc Bangalore/SERCs etc as approved under MES policies and regulations. Section 309 MORTH specification 2013. (l) Necessary foundation for the PEB structure and Annexes shall be followed as per Sch 'A' notes. (m) Necessary excavation for the foundation. (n) Aggregates shall be used as specified under the respective schedules/PS. No extra claims whatsoever on this account shall be admissible. (o) ATT treatment under foundation of PEB hangar and side annexe including floors and plinth protection. (p) EOT crane is integral part of the Hangar and shall be measured and paid separately under BoQ srl item No 61 hereinafter. However, necessary PEB structural (substructure and superstructure) arrangement to fix the EoT crane shall be deemed to be included. (q) Any items which are essential and required to complete the Pre-Engineered Building for Hangar of size 45mx45m and height as specified herein-before including side annexes (Admin/Tech accn) and not found mentioned hereinbefore/after shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Nothing extra whatsoever shall be admissible. (r) The rate is deemed to include the cost of epoxy flooring 5mm thick (Epoxy Quartz screed 4mm thick plus top self levelling floor 1mm thick) including lines, dashes, arrows, numbering etc, in entire floor area of hangar.

(b) Admin/Tech accn for Hangar Annexes : Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailing and supply of detailed Architectural and Structural drawings, (including constn of Annexexes (Admin/Tech Accn) on either side of Hangar (Dimension as per line plan) in double storey and triple as permanent structure with RCC framed construction. Internal Electrification, Internal Water supply etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. (i) Stilt Floor (Parking Area) (ii) Annex Bldg except Still Area (Double Storey on one side and Triple Storey on other side) (iii) Reinforcement cement concrete of grade M-30 design mix water tank of 22000 ltrs capacity with partition wall for fire fighting and domestic purpose on both annexe each. The capacity of tank will be divided in two parts one of 20,000 ltrs for fire fighting and 2,000 ltrs for domestic purpose. There will be provn of over flow filling of domestic portion to keep fire fighting part always full of water. Total height should be within permissible limit of height of building. The rate includes the provisions of the following :- (i) Necessary foundation for the PEB structure and Annexes shall be followed as per Sch 'A' notes. (ii) Necessary excavtion for the foundation. (iii) All types of joinery, building hardware and other items which are essential and required to complete the building in all respect as specified

HANGAR FLOORING M&L for 125mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC), M-15 design mix with min cement content 180kg/cum, laid alternate bay using concrete paver including necessary use and removal of steel side formwork, finish rough. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Main land aggregates shall be used. No extra claims whatsoever on this account shall be admissible.

M&L for 200MM thick pavement quality cocrete work in pavement of flexural strength 45Kg/Sqcm (lower control limit) in field as per mix design with min 400Kg of cement/cum with 20mm nominal size of graded aggregate and super palstiscizer if required as per design mix (As per IRC 5th revision) mixed with and including triangular/non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement with min 12mm length, specified gravity 1.34 to 1.40 ( specification all as per IRC/MORTH ) spread and compacted by using slip from paver and all as specified and including necessary formwork, bull nosing, rounding of edges finishing by mechanical brooming/belting, curing etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Forming construction joints, dummy (contraction) joints and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints as per SSR preamble. (iii) Synthetic fibre and plasticizer are to be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) Belting are to be measured and paid separately. (v) initial curing compound of approved make shall be sprayed and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. M&L for forming 25mm wide expansion joint filled with compressible synthetic filler board for complete depth of joint, i.e. the thickness of slab, provision of closed shall back up rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant above back up rod shall be of 15mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF ± 30% with 10 years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanically all as shown on drawing on all as specified.

M&L for forming dummy joint 1/3 depth of slab and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene back up rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 15mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF ± 30% with 10 years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanically all as shown on drawing on all as specified.

HANGAR CRANE Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning crane of capacity 3 tons, double girder, electrically operated OH complete with working span of 45 Mtr spanning from edge to edge (inner) of Hangar walls, and crane moves longitudinally along the length of Hangar 45 mtr, Hook height of the crane 8.5 Mtr from FFL & cross travel of the crane moves along the width of the hanger (45mtrs) complete all as specified and directed.(Technical specifications attached as Appx "EC") Make of Cranes: M/s Safex Energy Pvt Ltd, M/s Pioneer Cranes Elevators Pvt Ltd, M/s Dinesh Enterprises, M/s Tojym Steel Products Note: (i) The cost of the gantry girder and rail for the crane movement shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Design drawings of structural, electrical & mechanical components of crane specifications of components (motors, switchgear, controls etc.) of crane, design calculations etc. prepared by OEM shall be got approved by the accepting officer before installation of crane.

STAND BY POWER SUPPLY Supply, install, testing and commissioning of approved OEM factory assembled diesel generator set of totally enclosed and sound proof (with acoustic enclosure) of capacity 160 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and fittings, vibration pads, PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. The genset shall conform to CPCB norms for noise and emission limits and including the following : (a) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 160 KVA net output at site after considering all derating factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design, insulating class H, voltage regulation +/- 1% operated voltage from no load to full load and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 3% tolerance, revolving field type. (b) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, radiator water cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator multicylinder, multistroke, direct injection, cold starting, 1500 RPM, with an overload cap of 10% for 1 hour and in any load for 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation with accessories shall be as under:- (i) Flywheel (ii) Air cleaner wet/dry type

(iii) fuel Filter (iv) Fuel Injection system incl.injection pump, solenoid switch, nozzle as per manufacturer's specifications (v) Lubricating oil filter (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Radiator (ix) 24 volts starting system consisting of batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer, battery connections with copper leads and with lugs of adequate size, initial charging of batteries, battery charger/ generator with regulator, starter motor, starter gear (x) Extension of exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of suitable dia from out side canopy to out side of bldg/shed all covered with glass wool wrapped with aluminium foil of 28 SWG adequate to create draft for safe exhaust without transferring vibrations to buildings / walls, flexible exhaust pipe complete. (xi) Microprocessor control electronic metering and module for indication of battery voltage, oil pressure, engine RPM, hour meter and protection against low oil pressure and over speed of engine including electronic governing. (xii) Battery charging system with suitable capacity battery charger complete with necessary connecting leads etc all as directed (xiii) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator, radiator fan belt.

(xiv) Fuel hoses. (xv) In Built Fuel tank of 10 hours run on full load capacity of DG set (xvi) Air intake system (xvii) Common base frame of sturdy design suitable for antivibration mounting and permanent concrete foundation for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturers instructions. (c) CONTROL PANEL :- CRCA Steel fabricated indoor type for controlling the above generating set. The control panel shall consisting of the following components:- (i) MCCB Four Pole 250 Volts, 35 KA of rated capacity as per OEM - 1 No (ii) Set of indicating lamps - 03 No (Load ON DG/Mains & Set Running) (iii) Set of instrument fuses - 01 Set, (iv) Set of current transformers - 01 Set (d) AMF Panel:- Control cubical fabricated from 3.15 MM thick CRCA Sheet duly pretreated & powder coated finish with iron angle base frame Support floor mounted with removable gland plates, hinged front & back openable door with locking arrangement and provision for connecting incoming and outgoing cable leads and the following accessories : (i) Copper bus, bar, 3 phase, 4 wire, 400 Amps - 01 Set

(ii) AMF Controller including electrical wiring, Control MCB, Fuses etc - 1 Set (iii) MCCB 250 Amps, Four Pole, 35 KA, 415 Volts - 2 Nos (Mains Supply, DG Supply & Load) (iv) MCCB 160 Amps, Four Pole, 35 KA, 415 Volts - 2 Nos (Load RHS & LHS of Hangars) (v) Power contactor 4 pole 250 Amps - 03 Nos (Mains Supply & DG Supply and Spare) (vi) Auto Manual Selector Switch with wiring - 1 Set (vii) DG set ON/OFF Push Button - 1 Set (viii) Control ON/OFF Selector Switch - 1 No (ix) AC / DC relay & timers (x) O/L relay (xi) CTs Set of 3 - 1 Set (xii) Load on DG Indicator - 1 No (xiii) Load on Mains Indicator - 1 No (xiv) Mains ON Indicator - 1 No (xv) DG ON Indicator - 1 No (xvi) Digital VAFPAF meter : 01 Nos (xvii) Supply and lay Control cable LT 1100 Volt PVC insulated armoured heavy duty copper conductor of suitable size multicore from DG Set to AMF panel (xviii) Any other components/parts as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by GE required for entire completion of the item.

(e) Acoustic Enclosure:- Composite type made of CRCA sheet and structural/sheet metal base frame duly painted with air inlet louvers, including noise absorbent and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material, including removable gland plate at lower level of canopy for cable cable entry. Notes:- (i) Necessary PCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendations is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The drg and specifications of the DG set & AMF Panel shall be got approved by the contractor from the accepting officer before procurement. (iii) The DG set after installation shall be got tested at site by the rep nominated by the Accepting Officer and the records of the testing shall be signed by the rep of accepting officer, GE, Engr-in-Charge and the Contractor. (iv) Diesel, grease, engine oil, load bank and testing equipment's required for testing shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates.
