M & L for preparing to new steel/ Iron surfaces of any description exc 10cm Width or Girth and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide primer complete all specifiedcand directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge M-30 grade cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in roads and pavings parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mmthick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete.

Note : (i) The unit rate shall include for Earth work and protection of GI pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, P.C.C chamber pit,. test point, 32x6mm GI strip from top of earth plate upto 5 metres above ground level.
