Taking down cement plaster on walls any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 15mm average thick in CM 1:3 on guniting/ roof/ masonary wall surface duly mixing polymer modifier polymer modified mortar complete finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages: Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc . Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound of approved make Stage 3:- Applying any water proofing compound of approved make(and allow to dry for 8 hours) under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system of any water proofing compound of approved make(The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:-Again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with any water proofing compound of approved make. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal any water proofing compound of approved make.

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11sqm area of each tiles in floor/ steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan of size 'p' trap or 'S' Trap (pedestal pattern), with Plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 10 ltrs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, and connections to pies an fixing of chain and pull, or lever, with PVC connections 20mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) of size 380x610x805mm Rimless bowl with cistern for coupled, WC with UF soft close slim seat cover hinges, dual flush cistern fitting, conversion bend , fixing accessories and accessories set complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking out drain pipes of dia up to 150 mm including necessary bend ,T and other accssories etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incuding necessary clamps and fittings etc to fixing on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incuding necessary clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single (Single `T') equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single (Single `T') equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and treating with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer to wall surfaces incl preparation of old surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of old existing treatment/ finishes providing necessary scaffolding & safety precautions and cleaning the surfaces free from any loose paint, dust, greases, growth of fungus, algae or moss using wire brush and levelling the surface even smooth using mechanical sander and finally applying water by pressure jet washer of max pressure of 170 bar with automatic pressure relief system. The following process shall be initiated only after the above surface preparations :- (a) Filling the surface cracks using crack seal compound on required consistency using electric mixer. (b) Filling the dents and holes using wall care putty in appropriate ratio using electric mixer. (c) Applying one or two coats of damp proof primer (primer coat) using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 22.8 Mpa/3300 psi and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30m. (d) Applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm Anti algal weather coat 100% acrylic smoothemulsion paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 22.8 Mpa/3300 psi and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30m

Note: (1) Work shall be executed only through authorised applicator duly approved by Manufacturer of Paint and certificate in this connection shall be submitted by the Contractor (ii) After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall inspect and approve the same before applying primer and finishing coats. (iii) Proper masking arrangement shall be carried before the application of primer or paint. (iv) The other coat of Primer and Paint shall be applied only after the completion of drying time and comply with recoating period as per manufacturer instructions. (x) Cost of scaffolding shall be included in the quoted rate.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting holes into or through reinforced cement concrete slabs ,chajjas, etc reibforced or otherwise exc 500 sqcm but not exc 0.1 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in copings,apex stones,bed plates etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS Roof trusses (Framed), trussed, purlins, rafters, crane gantries, rails ,posts and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.including necessary welding confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E250 quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410 W (Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 5 to 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness,including nanital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium flat 40 X 6mm size as wind tie fixed with 50mm/75mm aluminium self staging screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete block masnory in two layers, base layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and top layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4(with river sand) mixed with WPC as per manufacture' s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
