S&F PCC cable route indicators with suitable reinforcement of size 50 X 20 X 10 cm with letter inscribed on both sides as "MES LT CABLE" of specified font size not less than 60 mm as directed and mounted on PCC 40x 30x30 cm complete using PCC 1:2:4 B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and including painting using cement based paint to the satisfaction of Engr in charge. Note :- Each cable route indicator will be grouted at 50 RM distance.

M&L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 60cm and depth 90cm for laying of HT cable and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type B1(using 20mm grade stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor type sheet metal enclosure LT cable jointing box of minimum dimensions 90cm length x 75cm width x 70cm height size, CPRI approved of 3 way suitable for LT 1.1KV grade 3 phase 3 wire system with 09 Nos epoxy insulators with bus bar sizes for phase 40mmx20mm aluminium flat (03Nos) and neutral 40mmx10mm aluminium flat and bus bar support of epoxy type and made out of 3.15mm powder coated CRCA sheet having gasketed front hinged split doors with bottom detachable gland plate for upto 3 cable entry and exit of size 500 sqmm with suitable size of cadmium plated and nuts, bolts and wshers and incl weatherproof, bottom hole, outdoor triple key weather proof pad lockings. The panel shall be mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground on suitable PCC foundations. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided. The panel shall be of powder coated colour red complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 32X6 mm by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI pipe including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to ples or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exv 1.5 M deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50M and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix GI pipe from the road crossings/ obstructions and supply & laying GI Pipe 100mm dia medium grade complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete (PCC) type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate stone) for making foundation of Pole/stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete (PCC) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate stone) for making copings including use and waste of form work complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old light fittings and dismantling old unserviceable RCC poles complete all as specified and directed.

Suppply an fixing Octagonal hot deep galvanised poles of 7 Mtr height, including street light with single bracket/arm of 1mtr length of required size, with base plate of size 225 mm x 225 mm Square type, thickness of base plate 12 mm, sheet thickness of pole 3 mm, dia of bottom of pole 130 mm and top dia of pole 70 mm with openable door and electric system with 01 No MCB SP complete all as per IS 4759/ IS 2629 including fixing by nuts and bolts all as specified and as directed.

Allas item No 17 above but with double bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Suppply an fixing Octagonal hot deep galvanised poles of 7 Mtr height with stiffener, including street light with single bracket/arm of 1mtr length of required size, with base plate of size 200mm x 200 mm Square type, thickness of base plate 12 mm, sheet thickness of pole 3 mm, dia of bottom of pole 130 mm and top dia of pole 70 mm with openable door and electric system with 01 No MCB SP 6 Amp and 32 Amps connector 3-phase and 3 core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated cable run for connecting street light fitting from MCB including fixing by nuts and botls of size not less than 16mm dia of length min 600mm, qty 4 nos complete all as per IS 4759/ IS 2629 and as directed.

All as item No 19 above but with double bracket complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 19.00 & 20.00 :- (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of foundation of pole as designed by OEM. (ii) The DWC HDPE pipe of size 63mm(OD)x 50mm(ID) shall be placed in pole foundation diagonally for passing the cables as specified and directed. DWC pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S & F LED Street lights of cap 60 watt aerodynamically designed for all weather conditions with excellent thermal management, made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and high power LED's with secondary optics and IP66 protection including taking down the old unsv light fitting of any type. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of high performance street light luminaire of capacity 59/60 Watt having single die ceramic base high power LED light source, IP66 protection with SPD version, PDC housing with finless design and polycarbonate cover including taking down old unserviceable light fittings of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of underground LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of cross section 2x6 sqmm (laid in trenches,ducts,pole,wall etc.) incl taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No. 23 here in before but cable size 4x16 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed.

System efficacy ≥ 110/120LPW, 10KV SPD included, ,220V 50Hz supply , to be fixed on pole mounted iron frame or bracket including removing of the old unserviceable halogen/any type of light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for twin core 4 Sqmm stranded aluminum conductor, PVC sheathed and PVC insulated from light fitting to loop-in/ loop-out box including 15mm dia non-metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade with conduit accessories fixed with saddles along the pole including taking out old unserviceable conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type Decorative Post top for 360° indirect light with IP 65 protection, resistant to impact and corrosion of 240 v,50hz of capacity 40 watt LED suitable for mounting on 60 mm OD pipe on necessasry PCC works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for 40 mm dia or bore galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls/ poles or laid in floors complete as in protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of 50 mm dia or bore galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls/ poles or laid in floors complete as in protection of complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for street light mounting bracket made up of 32 mm dia galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, 1.20 metres long, bent to shape with inner angle not less than 120°, with and including necessary fixing clamps fabricated out of flat iron of size 50x6 mm, bolts, nuts and washers as required and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old timer panel and supply and fixing of out door type Street light timer Panel/Distribution Boards with pole, panel etc as directed alongwith 65A 3 pole/230 Volts contactor and Digital 24 hrs/ Analog Time Switch, 63 A MCB, Manual and Auto Mode Toggle switch cable connectors, cable gland etc including suitable fixing arrangement with Angle iron structure duly embeded with PCC suitable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Angle iron and PCC work will be paid and measured under relevant items as separately

Supply and fixing Cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook etc structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI earth wire 4 MM Dia as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel with wire mesh,.
