M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 32X6 mm by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI pipe including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. NOTES: 1) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cover 50mm thick reinforced with TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl. Fabrication Details : CPRI approved Main frame 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, partition sheets / covers / doors of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, gland plates 3.15mm thick MS sheet (undrilled), including suitable PCC foundation with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for outdoor installation, free standing floor mounted with degree of protection IP- 65 and locking arrangements. Bus bar details : Material shall be alluminum bus bar, sleeving heat shrinkable type, with bus bar sizes for phase 50mmx20mm aluminium Flat, neutral 50x10mm aluminium flat and bus bar support of epoxy type. M&L for lifting the RCC slab upto 150mm thick and about 0.2 to 0.6 Ton in weight on cable duct or cable trench by cutting/ chipping the clearance grove all around, keeping aside for removing of all LT/HT cables for cleaning of cable duct and placing removed HT cables at the same location after carrying out repairs and for laying of new LT cables including making good the surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as directed.
