Supply & Installation of Boom Barrier, having clear opening width 7 meter, operating on Single phase 230 V, 50 HZ AC Supply , confirming to following specification, complete all as specified and directed. (a) White spray painted aluminium boom of ellipse shape 80 mm Wide, 140 mm height, 2 mm thick with rubber anti-shock protective edges. (b) Reinforced balance system and geared 24 V DC motor (c) Encoder to control movement of boom. (d) Counter-plate for barrier's ground fastening base (e) Adjustable boom holder, suitable for installing boom on Left/Right side. (f) Pair of Photocells with anodised aluminium vertical mountings (g) Three Station Push Button including weather proof box with stand post and foundation (h) LED Lighting system with variable flashing (j) Two station operated Traffic Signal Light 300 mm dia with Red & Green Indication etc (k) Excavation & foundation work as per OEM specifications. (l) Prefabricated stand post with IP 54 Protection rating (m) Fasteners, Grouting bolts etc Make:- Liv Future, VAPA, Gandhi Automations Pvt Ltd. or Equivallent as specified. Note : - (i) Scope includes execavation, PCC work for foundation. (ii) Payment shall be made after installation of Boom barrier and completion of satisfactory testing (iii) Amount Equivalent to 10 % will be retained and released after satisfactory completion of Defect Liablity Period. (iv) During Defect liablity period the representative of contractor/OEM shall carryout periodical servicing on monthly basis, if not attented an amount of Rs 5000/- per month will be recovered from final claim. (v) In addition during defect liablity period defect if any occurs the contractor retify the same with in 24 Hours (vi) Final Completion will be issued after completion of Defect Liablity Period. (vii) Cable required to provide Main power supply will be measured seperately under respective items, all other cables, DWC pipe, excevation is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate. (viii) Contractor shall submit detailed technical specification and layout diagram for approval.

Supply & installation, testing of sliding gate actuator for centre opening 2-leaf (21 Meter each leaf) sliding gate having overall width of 42 meter ( clear width of 38 meter) and height of 3 meter having apprx weight of 4 Ton each leaf, each leaf shall be operated by 01 no actuator and driving unit complete all as specified and directed. The actuator and driving unit shall conform to following specification (a) The actuator shall be Electromechanical actuator (b) Bidirectional Drive Unit - Rack Drive rugged and Powerful drive unit with integral control unit. (c) Power Supply - AC 230 Volts, 50 HZ (d) Manual Opening Release System - Key Operated. (e) Control Switch - Three station push button. (f) Safety Devices - Pair of photo cells with anodised aluminium vertical mounting. (g) Reverse safety - Pair of photo cells (h) Rubber safety bar with infrared signal transmission system Upto 2.5m in height for safety to avoid collision while gate is closing. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
