M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with mixture of white & grey cement in equal proportions & no pigments, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

S & F MS sections as in ISMB, ISMC, angle, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, rolled section where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss/ column/ staircase/ ladder/ SS 316 (HSFGB) anchor bolt for columns of Grade 10.9S / base plates/ gusset plates, wind ties etc., including cutting, welding etc; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour with two corrugations side lap having tenstile strength of minimum 550 MPa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws all as specified and as directed

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tenstile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1 mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for PVC (SWR) bends / shoe any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick plaster on walls in CM (1:4) finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F premoulded cast iron motorised gate of grade FG 150 conforming to IS in ornamental type in cast iron cum mild steel gate of 6.20m span, 3m to 4.065m in height in single/double leaves and wicket gate in cast iron cum mild steel gate of 1.5m span, 2.1m in height in single leaf including necessary welding, pintel hinges, steel ball bearing, plates, and locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Design/Pattern shall be approved by GE. Note:- (i) Frame of cast iron or gate shall be mild steel pipe/angle frame of size 65mm x 65mm x 4.5mm thick shall conform to grade Fe - 410 or Fe - 310. (ii) ISMB pillar / precast block pillar and painting to steel surface shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'. (iii) Motor/electric work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

S & F false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Grid of modular size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 4 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins /soffit with and including 4 mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fiber cement designer ceiling board (Density1200 Kg/Cum) of size 595mm x 595mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in CM (1:6) work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shleves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm, over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces and providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed

E/M PORTION M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 V grade drawn through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit on wall/ceiling and terminated to MS box of 1.6 mm thick and 3 mm hylam sheet for mounting switches sockets etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly for following light/ three pin 5 Amp Sockets for One light point controlled by one way 5 Amps switch complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F bracket made out of GI tubing medium grade 40 mm bore , 90 cm long including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 10 mm , nuts, bolts, washers etc and including before fixing applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 5 of SSR part 1 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 40 mm thick cover with MS bar 8mm dia 150mm c/c reinforcement, watering funnel 15mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20mm dia for watering and tested on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost (ii) Earth work is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
