Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT underground cables XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core including taking down unserviceable cable, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation of earthwork, returning filling and removing shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply and laying Double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 19430 Part-I of size 63mm outer dia and 50mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI pipe light grade 50mm bore under road crossing or on poles protection of cables.

Cutting of road of any description for crossing the cable across the road width through GI light grade pipe of 50mm dia and filling the road cutting with excavated materials including necessary returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M/L for plain cement concrete type 1:2:4, B-2, (40mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick, as in for making top surface of road cutting, finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs deep below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of brazing and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation by means of brazing all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil. GI medium grade pipe 20 mm dia 1.5 mtr long with funnel wire mesh as watering pipe, and GI medium GI medium grade pipe 32mm dia as earth lead protection pipe.Earth pit chamber made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including 40mm thick chamber cover made of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 100 c/c on both ways precast chamber cover with lifting handle 16mm dia round bars including charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick covering all faces of earth electrode plate, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) The rates quoted for the complete earthing shall deemed to include the cost of GI wire 4.00 mm dia and GI medium grade protection pipe up to 7.5 Mtrs. (ii) GI earth strip and GI medium grade protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for making high conductive, corrosion resistant, CPRI approved maintenance free Chemical earth pit of brand confirming to minimum ISO 9001-2015 certification as approved by accepting officer comprising of chemical earth enhancing non ferrous compounding containing no carbon or graphite filled in earth pit (approximate qty 50 kg) of bore hole of 150m and depth up to 3.3mtr (approx.) and comprising of "Fast earth electrode (Double pipe technology based chemically pre- filled fully sealed earth electrode) or equivalent conforming to minimum ISO - 9001-2015, with outer pipe 80mm dia and inner pipe 40mm dia and 3.00 mtr long made of high conductive Zinc coated Hot dip galvanized mild steel with 40x6mm GI strip at top, technically required to achieve resistance of 1 ohm along with heavy duty high density lockable plastic cover cum inspection chamber mounted on earthing electrode shall be fixed stainless steel fasteners including all other required accessories to complete the job of earth pit with earth termination to achieve rod resistance 1 ohms, including taking down unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of earth strip and GI protection pipe for earth strip shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of boring of earth polymer chamber with cover and test point.

M&L in replacement of chemical earthing with copper earth plate of size 900mmx900mmx5mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit depth not less than 3 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25mtrs below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 30 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal dust, salt and magnesium sulphate in alternate layers and electrode connections by using copper strip lead 50x6mm size by means of copper brazing, provision of 63mm dia GI medium grade pipe for protection of earth strip and 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade 4mm holes at every 15cm all around the pipe for watering arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and heavy duty polymer earth pit chamber with cover including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and testing of earthing all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (The earth resistance shall be not more than 0.50ohms)

Note :- (i) Charcoal (dust) - 400 Kg, salt - 200 kg & Magnesium sulphate (fine crystal) - 100 kgs. (ii) Copper strip shall be brazed with copper earth electrode. (iii) Alternate layers of charcoal and salt to be laid in the earth pit all around the copper plate i.r, minimum 30 cm all around the plate (i.e., all the six faces) at least 5 layers to be laid. (iv) Alternate layers of charcoal and salt (15cm each) and a 10 cm layer of magnesium sulphate to be laid. (v) Copper shall pour sufficient amount of water in earth pit before and after earthing and to be rammed properly. (vi) Copper strip is to extended up to the equipment and connected by brazing with the help of brazing strips. Provision for GI pipe medium grade 63 mm shall be made up to equipment for protection of earth lead.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required GI strip of size 25x4mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for copper strip of size 20x3.15mm fixed on epoxy earth strip insulator of size suitable size including fixing screws and fasteners for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level and fixing, including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required GI or steel wire 4.00mm dia, including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for air termination single pointed termination copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws, including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting the joints made with nut, bolts and washers of earth lead conductors of any type (copper/GI/aluminium) and jointing by means of exothermal joints or brazing by using silver/copper/brass brazing strips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, laying in trenches or under floor or fixed on walls including all pipe fittings PVC pipe ISI Marked of size 20 mm dia for earthing lead protection including saddle clamps, fasteners, nuts, bolts, washers, including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches or under floor or fixed on walls including all pipe fittings GI pipe medium grade of size 32mm dia for earthing lead protection including saddle clamps, fasteners, nuts, bolts, washers, including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 23.00 above but size 25mm dia.

M&L for dismantling the existing broken earth pits and supply and fixing prefabricated PCC earth pit covers made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate evenly finished, 40mm thick chamber cover made of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 100 c/c on both ways precast chamber cover with lifting handle 16mm dia round bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs earth pit Covers made of Heavy duty polyethylene FRP, environment friendly, Rust Proof with bottom dia 330mm, top dia 254 mm and height 260mm, having load bearing capacity of 3 Tons, with factory Built Holes for accessing Strip/Wires easily at two sides including measuring the resistance value of earthing and writing on top of cover with white/black colour synthetic enamel paint of existing chemical earth pits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and Filling bentonite earth backfill compound by doing necessary excavation around the existing earth pits returning filling in & removing extra soil from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (The chemical compounds such as bentonite (sodium based), aluminium oxide (AL2O3), Iron oxide, graphite, activated carbon, copper sulphate, and additional chemical premix)

M&L for copper strip of size 20x3.15mm fixed on epoxy earth strip insulator of size suitable size including fixing screws and fasteners for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive preventive maintenance by technically qualified technician and rendering operationally EOT cranes of 05 Ton capacity (Make: HAFA Hoist Pvt Ltd) including assemblies inspection to maintenance of longitude travel/cross travel system assembly and checking lubricating of gear system, replacement of gasket, nut, bolts, washer, split pins for proper tightness and safety including replacement of worn out parts such as Sag bracket 100mm & Sag bracket 150 mm, checking of coupling unit etc all other miscellaneous item & ensure safe operation of crane . preventive maintenance of housing system assy comprising of inspection checking including topping up/charging of lubricants & gasket inspection and checking of bracing, pully, nuts, dolys washer, split pins, bushes, hooks, checking of housing pully and lubrication thereof inspection of hoisting rope for cut aberration etc & cleaning up all greasy/clipping materials inspection servicing, setting and testing breaking limit system for its safe operation. Inspection, checking, and setting out. preventive maintenance of electrical control system complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 32.00 here-in- before but capacity is 02 Ton (Make: HAFA Hoist Pvt Ltd) complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes applicable srl item Nos 32.00 & 33.00 above:- (i) Inspection checking decarbonising & tightening of electrical connection in total system including replacement of thimbles etc. (ii) Inspection & checking of fuses, setting & tightning the same as per their capacity. (iii) Inspection and setting of voltage system including replacement of fused indicating lamp etc. (iv) Spares for EOT crane will be measured and paid seperately. (v) Rates of all consumables such as lubricant, gear oil, nut bolt, split pins, bushes, gasket are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) The cost of Tribal pass, lodging & boarding shall be included in quoted rate Nothing shall be paid extra. (vii) Load testing deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for servicing of 2/3/5 Ton EOT/HOT crane comprising of the following:- (i) Greasing/oiling of required part i.e., shaft, coupling, rope drum shaft bearing etc. (ii) Checking & testing/ adjustment of brakes for all the motions (iii) Checking & tightening of coupling bolts, motor foundation bolt , wheel etc. (iv) Checking the wiring connections in control panel and other accessories and to ensure that no loose/naked connection exist. (v) Checking of gear oil in gear boxes and topping oil if necessary. (vi) Servicing will be carried out twice i.e. at beginning of the contract & there after six month. (vii) Cleaning of Bridge girder panel complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement 3 core 6 Sqmm PVC insulated & round sheathed bright annealed copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade 1100 V , FRLS as per IS: 694 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and Labour for replacement of steel Wire Rope 8/10 mm F.M.C Construction 6X36 ungalvanised as per IS 2266/02 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Usha Martin/ Mahadev Elevator/ Shree Steel wire Rope Ltd.

Material and labour for replacement of defective Mechanical stopper for LT Motion of crane as per existing model complete all as specified and directed. Make- HAFA Hoist Pvt Ltd

Supply & fixing in replacement of limit switch in IP 54 Enclosure suitable for Crane or as per existing model complete all as specified and directed. Make:- USGC/SUC/Speedage.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Pendent/ Push Button Station 12 Way Made Out Poly Carbonate / Alumunium Dia Cast with 12 No. Push Button,selector switch,indication lamp with Element as per existing model complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking down of unserviceable motor from EOT crane and including transporting and re-winding of electric motor of capacity 3/5.0 HP, 3 phase 415 volts, with super enameled copper conductor wire as per existing size/gauge including making varnishing drying and connecting fixing accessories etc including refixing on same position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of defective DC Disc Brake Type Fail Safe Brake, 3 Phase 415 V as per sample complete fitting as per existing at loaction all as specified and directed.

Servicing of Gear Box assembly of Hoist complete and replacement of gear box oil seal, cover packing seal , gear box ball bearing, gear oil etc or other defective connecting parts as required at site as per existing model/ type and making it oil leak proof and sound less proof complete and including testing for 2 to 5 Ton EOT crane complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge Note- Servicing of gear box of any type and testing run work will be carried out by well qualified technician having good experience in the repairing field of EOT / HOT Cranes/Hoist or as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for cleaning, scraping, removing out old rusty paint of 2/3/5 Ton EOT/HOT crane by wire brush, emery paper, cleaning agents & applying primer paint two coat of super enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide complete as per existing colour all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in Charge.

M& L for replacement of shrouded busbar 160A Copper 4 Bar, "W" Type (RYBG) complete all as specified and directed . Make:- Stromeg /Speed-o-control /Safeline/Cranex Ltd
