EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for Construction of masonry valve chamber of size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm internal size, 100mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, over 15cm thick hard core, 20cm thick solid block masonry with blocks cast using PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, set in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick plaster to internal surfaces and external surfaces up to 15cm below ground level and top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement , 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover including 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 coping with 25mm x 4mm flat iron hold fasts, handle, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50Mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting GI pipe line 40mm dia and making conection of PP-R distribution branch by providing and fixing GI tee 40mm x 40mm x 40mm / 40mm x 40mm x 25mm including cutting and making fusion point etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch by providing and fixing PP-R tee 50mm x 50mm x 25mm including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix of high beam revolving (search light) of 200W capacity, non integral asymmetric floodlight luminaire with die cast aluminium housing complete (IP 66) Including all accessories internally pre-wired with lamp & control gear works on single 230 volts, 50 Hz and it can rotate 360 degree horizontally and 45 degree vertically including fixing bracket on wall and weather proof protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable route indicator, consisting of cast iron round shape 200mm dia, 12mm thick with inscription casting as LT cable 1100 Volts grade and fixed with hot dipped GI angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick 0.8 mtr long with GI nut bolts, embeded to ground in route of cable with the help of PCC 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erect LT cubical outdoor type Box made out of CRCA sheet 3mm thick totally enclosed with front and rear opening, hinged door with projected an raised platform of suitable size weather and water proof with necessary locking arrangements along with lugs. cable glands of various sizes for cable, strickering of switcher gear about load termination, danger notice plate, cable connector for connecting multi cables located in cable chamber terminated from the switchergear and the nuts/ bolts etc. used are to be made of rust proof material incl as per IS with insulators suitable for three phase and capacity complete & powder coating, necessary internal electric connection as required including following acessories:- (a) MCCB FP 63 Amps, 415 Volts, 25 KA - 1 No. (incomer) (b) MCCB TP 40 Amps, 415 Volts, 16 KA -3 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 20 Amps, 230 Volts, 10 KA - 2 Nos.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input ariation between 90 V to 280 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 0 .5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

SOLAR LED LIGHTS Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum for erection of poles, removing the excavated materials to distance not exceeding 50 meter and providing PCC bed and RCC foundation as per follwoing specification including fomwork and |foundation all as specifications produced by the OEM. (i) PCC BED 450mm x 450mm x 100mm. (ii) RCC Column - 400mm x 400mm x 1300mm, M20 Design, using 4 Nos - 12mm TMT Bars.
