Labour only to attend complaints of building security lights, Street lights, hanger lights, focus lights and flood lights of any capacity and type with the help of skilled electrician and helper and replacement of defective wires, rectifying loose connections, repair of cable junction box, replacement of LED drivers, surge arresters etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) All complaints must be attended and rectified within 12 hrs from the time of information on regular interval or requirement basis. (ii) All the spares such as cables, cable junction box, street light brackets, LED street lights and any other connected accessories shall be measured and paid under relevant item separately. (iii) Repair and replacement of all kind as mentioned above in each pole shall be considered as one job at one time. (iv) safety equipments, ladder and vehicle shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. (v) Record of complaints shall be maintained in a neat long register by the contractor and shall be put up to Engineer in charge and site executive for record before payment.

Supply and fixing in replacement security/street light bracket 1.5 Mtr long made out of "Medium grade" GI pipe of size 32/40 mm dia including necessary bending / welding drilling of holes etc and mounting/fixing on poles / walls etc with and including FI clamps of size 40mm x 6mm and suitable length with necessary nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC insulated twin core cable 6 Sq mm with solid aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs new generation IP 65 protected LED 40 Watts Gate Light, energy saving environmental friendly, long lige aesthetically designed with good indirect symmetrical light distribution, die cast aluminium landscape lumination with high power COBLED as light source complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LED 10 Watts, Garden Light Inverted Pyramid Tripod Type with IP 65 protection, including nuts, bolts and other accessories for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LED 10 Watts, Bamboo type LED bollard with IP 65 protection, including nuts, bolts and other accessories for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning in replacement LT underground cables XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core including taking down unserviceable cable, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part -1 of size 63mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil) for laying of cables, GI pipe or filling of earth resistance enhance compound and getting out including levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs deep below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of brazing and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation by means of brazing all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil. GI medium grade pipe 20 mm dia 1.5 mtr long with funnel wire mesh as watering pipe, and GI medium GI medium grade pipe 32mm dia as earth lead protection pipe. Earth pit chamber made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including 40mm thick chamber cover made of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 100 c/c on both ways precast chamber cover with lifting handle 16mm dia round bars including charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick covering all faces of earth electrode plate, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) The rates quoted for the complete earthing shall deemed to include the cost of GI wire 4.00 mm dia and GI medium grade protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtrs. (ii) GI earth strip and GI medium grade protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Fresh red soil required to be re-filled and existing calcium carbonate skeleton mixed soil to be removed from site.

S&F GI strip 32 x 6.0 mm with saddles and fixing screws on porcelain insulator/ spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length for extension, re-routing an re-alignment etc of earthing strip on roof/wall and joining the same with existing/New earth test point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying of HDPE pipe 32mm dia for protection of Earth strip from leakage current complete including taking out of earth strip from its original path complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digging earth pit of size 45cm x 45cm x 60cm into the adjacent of the high resistance GI/Copper earth pit, make a bore at the bottom of the earth pit of dia 200mm to a depth of 2 mtr, providing/inserting a GI pipe 40mm medium grade of length 2mtr into the hole/bore and fill the bore/hole with Back Filling Compound of Bentonite powder complete 3 X bag of 25Kg BFC including after mixing with water and making gel type compound including necessary GI/Copper strip connection of pipe to the existing earth strip of size 32 x 6mm GI/Copper strip by proper welding/soldering at both ends including returning, filling of loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Joints at both ends of GI pipe and GI strip should be welded.

Labour only for maintenance of conventional earth pit, repair and plastering of cracked earth pit & cover with cement mortar 1:4 ratio, pouring salt water solution of salt and water ratio 1:3) 5Kg : 15Ltr to bldg earthing, tightening of earth electrode, removing grass around the earth pit, repair/replacement of funnels, M&L of salt water of 5Kg common salt dissolved in 15 ltr water all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Location for repairing of earth pit chamber and earth pit covers shall be as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) All the maint works/replacement of parts are independent to each other except salt water solution.

S & F test point terminal block inside the box which made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75mm X 75mm X 25 mm, duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint powder coated after applying 2 coat of primer over it, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex Head screw including thermoplastic weather proof terminal empty box for fixing the terminal block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with smooth finished without using extra cement above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC Conduit pipe of size 20mm including elbow, long bends, saddle clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.
