M&L for air conditioner mounting bracket heavy duty steel/MS powder coating finish inclusive of nuts and bolts for mounting the bracket on wall complete suitable for 2 TR outdoor unit all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note : Size of mounting bracket suitable for 2.0 TR outdoor unit.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable two run of 4 Sqmm single core (FRLSH) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including concealed with PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size or surface wiring with PVC casing caping of suitable size and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLSH) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Three run of cable with one run of PVC conduit/PVC casing and caping will be measured as one length. (ii) The quoted rate inclusive for the following :- (a) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS Specification. (b) Test certificates of cables to be submitted before commencement of work/ claiming for payment.(c) wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing caping of suitable size as per site requirement.

S&F rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy duty 25mm dia inclusive of all fittings and fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and charging environmental friendly refrigerant Gas or any other as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of copper tubing of size 1/2" / 1 1/4" flare size conforming to relevant IS with foam insulation & warpping tape including required copper brazing work complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of copper tubing of size 3/8" / 5/8" flare size conforming to relevant IS with foam insulation & warpping tape including required copper brazing work complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete with saddles and insulators made out of porcelain and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including nut bolts& washers drilling and riveting for joints of suitable size as required at site and including dismantling old defective Al strip complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1) Porcelain insulators are to be fixed at an interval of not more than 75 cm and the same shall be measured and paid seperately. 2) Necessary scaffolding work, T&P, Safety belt with protection etc complete for fixing of strip upto INHS Dhanvantari top sheet over the terrace is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated location for loop earthing etc. with Copper strip 20x3mm including dismantling old defective GI strip complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The quoted rate inclusive of necessary leak plugs, crack sealing complete.

Supply and fix air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long for fixing on GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia pipe duly making suitable fixing arrangement of one end of air termination rod including taking down old u/s air termination rod complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe required shall be measured and paid separately. The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of necessary leak plugs, crack sealing complete.

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (Using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation block for fixing GI pipe for installation of air termination rod etc. complete all as specified Note:- Unit rates includes for provn of form work for rough finished surfaces and finishing the exposed surfaces with 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 all specified including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for fixing Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm on roof for lightening protection duly drilling 2 Nos holes on Aluminum strip and GI pipe on one end and fixing with screws/suitable size of bolts & nuts including taking down old u/s GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Aluminium Strip required will measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws including provision of 30 cmx25cmx8cm sheet metal box made out of 3.15 m thick CRCA sheet with front hinged door shutter & locking arrangement and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling old test terminal block complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PVC insulated sleeve suitable for protection of Lightening conductor /strip of size 20 X3 mm copper Strip on ground / wall including dismantling old sleeves complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Leakage repair over the roof sheet above the 3rd floor/ Lift room from ground level with waterproof Tape for arresting roof water leakage from roof sheets with water proof adhesive aluminium bitumen tar tape having size of each roll not less than10cmx10m (W x L) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing with copper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to 20 mm x 3 mm copper strip by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of copper strip to earth electrode and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead, 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board/ transformer neutral/ RMU and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling old defective earth pit. Note: (i) Cost of copper earth Strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returninng & filling, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover.

Dismantling unserviceable cross arms including clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc from pole.

Supply, fabricate and fix cross arms any size along with, brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, bracers etc including drilling holes, cold/hot complete and fixed to pole including one primer coat and one under and finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F post insulator for earthing strip above third floor roof top/ ground floor to top floor including taking down old defective insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Lightning strike counter used to count the digital impulse currents. Device for installation preferably on down conductors of the lightning protection system or between equipotential bonding bar and earth termination system. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Servo controlled voltage stabilizer (confirming to BIS 9815 (part-I): 1994, reaffirmation 2019 latest version), three phase, four wire (RYBN), 50 Hz, naturally oil cooled, indoor, unbalanced type, copper wound, metallic body duly powder coated with lifting hooks two nos, digital display type, relay free smooth and silent operation with 1st filling of Transformer oil up to level having following specification and complete all as specified and as directed:

(a) Capacity - 400 KVA (b) Type - Suitable for unbalanced load and unbalanced input. (c) Input voltage - 360V - 480V, input frequency 50 Hz (d) Output voltage - stabilized at voltage 415 ± 1% (e) Rated frequency - 50 Hz

(x) Losses - The tolerances on no load and full load losses corresponding to minimum and maximum rated input voltage shall be provided in Table 7 of IS 2026 (Part I). The cost for the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. b) The voltage stabilizer to be erected indoor, inside sub-station building. The cost of voltage stabilizer foundation as per OEM recommendation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The rate quoted is also inclusive of making good distributed flooring/ surfaces all as directed. (c) First fill of Transformer oil upto the marked level shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) The contractor shall submit GA drgs and technical specification for approval of GE before placing order.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel board factory made outdoor type, double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, floor mounting, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415 V 3 Phase 4 wire weather proof, with IP-54 protection, with separate hinge door for each compartment for incoming and outgoing switchgears/ACB/MCCB etc with locking arrangement, with back door openable (Screwed), including painting with two coats of epoxy powder paint over a coat of primer after under going a rigorous metal treatment process involving alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid or any other acid and phosphate and with aluminium busbar (TPN), suitable double compression copper cable glands complete in all respect and including PCC work and provn of the following:

a) Aluminium Bus bar of rating 1000 Amps mounted on porcelain insulator - 01 Set ( Set of 4 Nos) with colour coded PVC sleeve insulation

b) Incoming: (i) ACB 630 Amps, 4P, EDO, 50 Hz, 415 V with minimum rupturing capacity 50 KA, Ics=100%Icu with self powered protection relay unit having adjustable overload setting 40% to100%, Adjustable short circuit and earth fault protection- 01 No.

c) Outgoing / Ring Main : (i) ACB 630 Amps, 4P, EDO, 50 Hz, 415 V with minimum rupturing capacity 50 KA, Ics=100%Icu with self powered protection relay unit having adjustable overload setting 40% to100%, Adjustable short circuit and earth fault protection- 01 No.

d) Digital Voltmeter of rating 0-500 volts with selector switch - 02 No.

e) Digital Amp meter of rating 0-1000 Amp, selectable CT seconday as 5/1 A with suitable rating of CT's - 02 Nos (set of three)

f) RYB LED indicator- 02 set g) Bus bar 1000 Amps rated TPN for outgoing feeder Note : (a) Panel shall be of CPRI type tested (b) GA drgs shall be submitted for approval of GE before manufacturing (c) Interlocking between two ACBs to be provided

Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure of thickness 2.00 mm with 4P, 630 Amps 50 KA, 440V AC 50 Hz on load Bypass switch including indicating lamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, fixed on walls, passing through pipes, jointing and testing of electric LT cables, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductors 1100 Volts grade of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The rates shall be inclusive of Cable lugs at both ends of cable. (ii) Excavation earth and earth work, return and re-filling shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply & Laying of DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 77 mm polythylene including coupler & Bend with smoooth inernal and corrugated external surface for non pressue under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches any type of soil (soft/loose/hard/dense) not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, pipe, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqmtr on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C2 matching with the surroundings all as directed.

S&FGI pipe of light grade 65 mm dia all fitting fixture for fixing with wall and road crossing etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead, 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, transformer neutral and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling old defective earth pit. Note: (i) Cost of GI earth Strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation.returninng & filling. PCC chamber pit,RCC cover & test point. (iii) If the desired earth resistance is not achived during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable.

Supply and fixing GI earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 32 mm x 6 mm thick, Galvanised using porcelain clit/post insulators, complete all as specified and directed.
