M & L for RCC Design mix M-30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of raft footing wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC Design mix M-30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to faces of walls, vertical or to batter curved surface for fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 100 mm bore High Density PolyEthylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only graded coarse aggregate 12.5 mm for filling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for filling aded coarse aggregate 63 mm for filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome paint all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of path complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION Supplying, laying or fixing, GI water tubing, 80mm dia bore medium grade, confirming to IS-1239 [Part-1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, etc laid in tenches / floors or fixed to walls / ceiling / roof etc including testing GI tubing with fittings / connections, in trenches / celiling /walls/roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, testing, laying & commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade(earthed), 3.5 core 25 Sqmm laid in trenches / duct/ fixed to wall with suitable size clamps / passing through pipe/tunnel/ under ground /surface up to the termination point (as directed by Engr-in-Charge) with necessary end terminations with suitable size cable lugs, cable glands, fixing of lugs with crimping with tool, nuts, bolts etc and including taking out unserviceable burnt out cable from its existing location complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP Protection of IP-67 having outer dia 63 mm and inner dia of 50 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and directed.

S & F Pumping Sets, Submersible, electrical driven, Three Ph, pump Energy Efficient Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) Squirrel Cage Motors (IE2) 5 HP, 2840 RPM (Enclosure confirming to protection IP55 as per IS:4691-1968) Horizontal Foot Mounted Induction Motors, Continuously rated suitable for operation on 415+/-10%, 50 Hz+/5%, A.C. supply with class 'F' insulation for 50 Deg C ambient temperature and altitude less than 1000M above MSL, Head Range - 24-39 mtr discharge - 455-200 (LPM) and confirming to IS 325:1996 & IS 12615:2011 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of NRV is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L PVC sheathed submersible copper cable of size 3 core x 4 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, fabrication, supply and errecting connecting and testing totally enclosed LT cubical panel board of suitable size, 3 Phase 4 wire system outdoor type 2 mm ,double door front and back opening type separate compartment for each control gear, cable alley, provision of knockout type plates for various sizes of cable up to 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core in and out(Panel board shall have sufficient space to accommodate spare cables also) , incoming and outgoing feeders duly marked on revited plates etc, CPRI approved factory made fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly treated through 7 times pre treatment process and painted with epoxy power coated matt finish of SIEMENS GREY structural RAL 7032 shade colour, built in industrial type locking arrangement on front and back and pre wired with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for controls and monitors, PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs, Panel mounted on angle iron frame of 50x50x6mm thick duly painted and embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, including taking down old u/s one complete and consisting the following provisions:-
