Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section of posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground of any description in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc of any description in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description in any position and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type of any description in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry exc 10cm in width with minimum compressive strength of 50Kg/sqcm using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 (using 12.5mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, levelling course, kerbs water troughs and the like including use of formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix as foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix as walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix as columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

Use and waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in joist channel angles or tee sections fixed as in main and cross beams purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc.. Complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or others covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including taking down old existing steel barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining, resecuring including making good of existing barbed wire fencing including tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil made from high tensile spring steel, high carbon wire confirming to IS-4454 (Part -I) of grade-SM duly hot dipped Galvanised as per IS-4826 with 230 GSM, 600mmdia 10 meter open able length with galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS-513 having 50 nos rounds per mtr length (before stretching) having medium barbs (barb length 24+-1 mm barb width 19+-1mm, pitch between two barbs 35+-1mm) spring core wire (2.6 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165Kg/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 4.478 grams/meter and fixing to "Y" or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.0 m to 3.0 m apart and with 6-9 horizontal RBT (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with GI stable and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts and coating with PX compound (Anti rust)complete all specified and as directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire and angle iron support shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A;. Measurement shall be made for stretch length. (Stretch per coil 10m).

S&F 1mm thick PVC coated chain link fencing wire mesh of size 75 mm x 75 mm, made of 4 mm dia MS galvanised wire, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of GI wire binding, including dismantling old fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work of framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
