(ii) The DWC pipe of size 50 mm (OD) x 38 mm (ID) should be fixed in the Pole foundation diagonally for passing the cables as specified and directed by Engr In Charge and the pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of underground LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of cross section 2 core 6 sqmm (laid in trenches,ducts,pole,wall etc.) incl taking down old unsv cable all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No.9 here in before but cable size 4 core 16 sqmm.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type Decorative Post top for 360° indirect light with IP 65 protection, resistant to impact and corrosion of 240 v,50hz of capacity 40 watt LED suitable for mounting on 60 mm OD pipe on necessasry PCC works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm dia or bore galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls/ poles or laid in floors complete as in protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for street light mounting bracket made up of 32 mm dia galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, 1.20 metres long, bent to shape with inner angle not less than 120°, with and including necessary fixing clamps fabricated out of flat iron of size 50 x 6 mm, bolts, nuts and washers as required and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old timer panel and supply and fixing of out door type Street light timer Panel /Distribution Boards with pole, panel etc as directed alongwith 65A 3 pole/230 Volts contactor and Digital 24 hrs/ Analog Time Switch, 63 A MCB, Manual and Auto Mode Toggle switch cable connectors, cable gland etc including suitable fixing arrangement with existing pole/ panel all as specified and directed. Make: Cat No. TL065AB0 of indoasian Time lite or equivalent in Havells/ L&T.

Supply and fixing Cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook etc structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Page Nos. 422 & 423 of SSR Part-II. 2) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, install, test & commissioning of Split type air conditioner, 2.0 TR capacity, BEE 5-Star rating, having cord less remote control unit, wall mounted inverter type with built-in ioniser and plasama filter for better air quality, copper condenser, electric driven, single phase, 240 volts 50 Hz, AC supply including tranporting to site, fixing of indoor and outdoor units with necessary wall mounting brackets, necessary copper piping connections, cutting, bending, brazing, proper insulation on copper pipe upto 15 RM and all other pipes, PVC drain pipe upto ground level, installation complete with all accessories including connecting electrically between indoor and outdoor units with suitable size of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : Blue star model IC524 DNU / Hitachi / Daikin. NOTE : 1. Extra all connected copper pipes shall be deemed to included for the above. 2. The drain out water pipe connection should be connected upto ground level. 3. The Air conditioning are to be procured from a local dealer wtih a local service set up as a back up for emergency rectifications. 4. Warranty certificate will be submitted by the contractor from the local dealer as per OEM norms before paying the RAR alongwith serial numbers.

Supply and fixing Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sub main wiring with PVC insulated cable 2 runs single core 4 sqmm 1100 volt grade with stranded copper conductor in and incl rigid PVC casing and capping (ISI marked) of suitable size incl all specials and provision of PVC insulated copper conductor single core 4.0 sqmm for earth continuity all as directed. Note : 3 runs of cable and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing of starter switch of capacity 25 amps, working on 240 volts AC supply, suitable for air conditioner. Make: (Crabtree : Cat part No. ACT0252504 / or equivalent in Anchor / Standard.

M&L point wiring with two single core 4.0 sqmm size cables and one 4.0 sqmm green colour cable as earth continuity conductor for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket out let on independent board, FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, multi stranded copeer conductor cable drawn through and including meduim grade, rigid, non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of size not less 20mm dia, with all necessary fittings, concealed in walls/ roof/ floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth duly including suitable size of factory made fabricated MS sheet modular terminal box, flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches / switch socket combinations/ fan regulators etc. covered with suitable size of modular cover plates complete in making good the existing surface with existing colour coding as required at site complete all as specified for the following :- Make : Polycab/ Havells/ Finolex/ Gloster / Anchor.
