M&L for Air conditioner mounting bracket heavy duty GI steel/MS, Powder coating finish inclusive of nuts and bolts for mounting the bracket on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Copper tubing of size 1/2" or 1/4 " flare size conforming to relevant IS with foam insulation & wrapping tape including required copper brazing work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Copper tubing of size 3/8" or 5/8" flare size conforming to relevant IS with foam insulation & wrapping tape including required copper brazing work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable four run of 6 Sqmm single core (FRLSH) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including concealed with PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size or surface wiring with PVC casing caping of suitable size and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification and two run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLSH) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Six run of cable with one run of PVC conduit/PVC casing and caping will be measured as one length. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for the following :- (a) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS Specification. (b) Test certificates of cables to be submitted before commencement of work/ claiming for payment.(c) wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing caping of suitable size as per site requirement. (iii) Quoted rate inclusive of cutting of chases & making good disturbed surfaces wherever required.

Supply & fixing submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable two run of 4 Sqmm single core (FRLS) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC casing caping for surface wiring with casing caping accessories laid on wall/ceiling and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLS) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC casing caping and PVC casing caping accessories will be measured as one length.

S&F of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core on wall/roof including PVC/DWC pipe with suitable clampings at regular intervals complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing VTPN 6 way, double door, sheet metal enclosure, 240V, 250 amps rated busbar including fixing of cable with appropriate size of lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps ,25 KA, 415 Volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 16 to 32 Amps ,10 KA, C Curve, 230 Volts 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing MCB DB SPN 8 way, double door, sheet metal enclosure, 240V, 100 amps rated busbar including fixing of cable with appropriate size of lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost for concealed the DBs on wall including making good disturbed surfaces with existing colour shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amps ,10 KA, C Curve, 230 Volts 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6-32 Amps ,10 KA, 'C' Curve, 230 Volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas environmental friendly refrigerant gas as per OEM design for gas charging complete.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 25mm outer dia, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings for drain out AC condensation with complete fixed on wall with suitable clamps complete all as specified.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of air cooled split units (1 working & 1 standby) for refrigeration capacity suitable for chiller room external size 4 m x 2 m x 2.35 m ( 18.8 Cum) or dimensions/ sizes of equivalent volume as per site requirement with designed temperature range +02 degree C to +08 degree C in cool room with 02 nos condensor unit (01 No working and 01 No standby) fitted outside the building with suitable stand/standard bracket/platform and 02 Nos indoor (cooling coil) unit (01No working & 01 No standby) fitted inside the cool room with necessary clamps/brackets with proper drain tray including drain pipe upto outside all as per manufacturer specification suitable for temperature range +02oC to +08oC and laying of refrigerant pipes and with necessary intial gas charging of refrigerant R-404/410 A or as manufacturer design including pre wired microprocessor based control panel with single phase preventer, overload relay, surge protection relay, inbuilt stabiliser and necessary copper cabling from main panel to new control panel and indoor unit to outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed including with supply and install cold room of size 4 x 2 x 2.35 meter with 60 mm thick cyclopetane PUF insulation for wall & ceiling, 50 mm thick PUF insulation for floor, with pre-painted stainless steel inside and PP outside (PP/PP) including manual type swing door of thickness 60 mm, with 34 x 78 inches clear opening, swing door with accessories and anti condensation door heater, PAD Lock system, Posi seal closure, human safety release knob with normal opening with lock and key arrangement including with levelling of floor, grouting of cool room & fixing of aluminium chequered plate of 3mm thick in cool room floor area over 19 mm thick with marine plywood base support of suitable size to cool room fixing with necessary aluminium flat strip of size 25x3 mm at joints, fittings self threaded bolts, screws etc provision of lighting, hooter with switches strip curtains complete all as specified and directed.

(n) Contractor shall submit technical details and GA drgs for approval of GE before placing order and TC/warranty certificate before claiming payment. The testing of plant will be carried out for minimum 24 Hrs by Sr IEM/any testing Officer nominated by HQ CE (A&N) Zone through Accepting Officer. (p) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of periodical service visit of service engineer once in three months and breakdown/shut down visit within 48 Hrs in case of breakdown, otherwise a recovery @ Rs 15000/- per service visit and Rs 50,000/- per breakdown visit will be recovered during entire defect liability period of 2 years from date of completion of work.

S&F as in repair of MCCB DB VTPN 4 way IP-43 made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail ,415 Volts with double door with MCCB incomer and MCB outgoing and fixing of cable with suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : MCCB will be measured separately under relevant items.

S&F MCB TPN 32 A, 10 KA, 415V, C curve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCCB 3 Pole, 415V, 63 - 100 Amps with repturing capacity 16KA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out for soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F tubes medium grade galvanised iron with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid down in floors of size 40mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed indipendently without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lenghts i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) of Rolled mild steel in Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete of grade 1:4:8 D2 type 40mm graded stone aggregate all as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick precast cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate all as directed.

S&F for mild steel screws bolts(Machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long of size 11 to 15mm dia neck all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20 mm x 3 mm by means of bolts & nuts made out of brass and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, funnels, wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge. NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. (ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achive during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable.

Dismantling of old cold room/wlak in cooler by removing all connection, removing from site, shifting to MES store yard and making space for provison of cold room complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The cost for the transportation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
