M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path finish the top surfaces even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in foothpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thicknes and size / shape, made by table vibratory menthod using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile as in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Aluminium composite panel sheet of 3.0mm thick with skin thickness of 0.25mm of aluminium on both sides, sandwiched by 2.5mm polyethylene core with PVDF coating of 30.0micron fixed over frame of aluminium tubular section 50x25mmx 2.0mm thick, having panels not exc 1200x1200mm with necessary silicon filling, in approved pattern as in column, beam, wall etc at any height with necessary scaffoldings as per the site requirement.

M&L 14 to 16 mm thick granite stone (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engr-In-Charge

S&F for stainless steel letter writings / symbols (brass look) of height 30-45 cm and depth 25mm (size and shape as required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete all as specified.

M & L point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade, 1.5 sq.mm (nominal area), single core, FRLS PVC insulated ,unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including medium grade, rigid , non-metallic PVC concealed/surface conduit of size not less than 20 mm dia, with all necessary fittings, concealed in walls /roof/ floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth duly including suitable size of factory made fabricated MS sheet modular terminal box, flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches/switch socket combinations/ fan regulators etc., covered with suitable size of modular cover plates complete in making good the existing surface with existing colour coding as required at site complete all as specified for the following :-

Make - Philips Cat Part No : Dura Slim or equivalent make in CG//Havells / Luker. NOTE: The rate quoted deemed to include for any alterations required to existing false ceiling as per site condition for fixing light fitting .

S&F of LED flood lighty made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection of cap 70 Watt, system efficacy 110/120 LPW,220V 50Hz supply, pressure Die. Cast aluminium housing and IP 66 Class I protection to be fixed on pole mounted iron frame or bracket all as specified and directed. Make : CG Cat No. TFS-504-70-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent to philip / Havells.

Description all as per item No 40 above but 120 watt. Make CG Cat No TFS-504-120-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG or eqvuivalent to Philips/ Havells.

S&F Sub main wiring with PVC insulated FRLS cable 2 runs single core 6 sqmm 1100V grade with stranded copper conductor cable using proper colour coding phase Red/ Yellow / Blue, Neutral - black and earth - green in and incl rigid , non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of size not less than 25mm dia, withall necessary fittings, concealed in walls / roof/ floor incl all specials/ accessories etc and provision of PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor single core 6.0 sqmm for earth continuity all as directed.

Description all as item No 42 above but 4.0 sqmm 2 core. Note for item No 42 & 43 Note : 3 length of cable and one length PVC conduit shall be measured and paid for one length.

S&F SPN DB sheet metal enclosure double door suitable (IP-43) Protection 8 way with 200Amp rated standard bus bar of suitable size plate and common neutral link all enclosed in standard steel sheet flush mounting type factory fabricated complete all as directed.

S&F MCB SPN 40 Amps ('C' series) having current rating 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole, 6 to 32Amps ('C' series) having current rating 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook etc structural steel sections including pole clamps stayslamps, D clamps nuts, bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanished earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm 6.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to GI earth wire 4 MM dia as earthing lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized iron and connected to amin switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber, MS funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata, returining, filling removal of soil outside MD land, filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch Part I, connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion. NOTES: 1. The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cover 50mm thick reinforced with TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl. Page Nos. 422 & 423 of SSR Part-II. 2. Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately.
