M & L for providing 125mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS sections as in ISMB, ISMC, angle, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, rolled section where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss/ column/ staircase/ ladder/ anchor bolt for columns (MS HSFGB Grade 10.9S) / base plates/ gusset plates, wind ties/ doors etc., including cutting, welding etc; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated mild steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour with two corrugations side lap having tensile strength of minimum 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc ., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for PVC (SWR) bends/ shoe any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new /previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick plaster on walls in CM (1:4) finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on walls in CM (1:4) finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10Sqm over new surfaces including providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION Supply, install, testing & commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set of 50 KVA with AMF panel developing 69 BHP @ 1500RPM, four cylinder, vertical water cooled diesel oil engine directly coupled with AC alternator, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz @ 0.8 P.F self excited, self regulated designed to run at 1500RPM with acoustic enclosure (sound proof) as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-II) approved DG Set as per IS:10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with foundation (as per OEM design), control panel with necessary meter and all other necessary accessories as follows:

Supply, install testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof Outdoor type L.T. panel board factory fabricated indoor cubicle/kiosk type totally enclosed IP 43 made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet metal enclosure of suitable size, with angle iron frame of M.S. angle 50x50x6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 HZ system, with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber/wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly spray painted grey hammer tone with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of gray or any other approved colour, including connecting with L.T. armoured incoming and outgoing cables and including required sizes of cable lugs of aluminum complete all as specified and directed and consisting of following :-

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. . Note : On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost

S & L XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S & L XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of HDPE double wall corrugated pipe confirming to IS -14930 part with IP protection IP-67 having inner dia 50 mm complete terminated up to termination end point complete all as specified and as directed.
