Excavation in trenches any type of soil (soft/loose/hard/dense) not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, pipe, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqmtr on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 2 here in before but exc 1.5 mtr or part there of in depth beyond 1.5 mtr depth.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply & Laying DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm, polythylene confirming to IS 16205 part-24 including coupler & Bend with smooth internal and corrugated external surface for non pressue under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 63 mm, polythylene confirming to IS 16205 part-24 including coupler & Bend with smooth internal and corrugated external surface for non pressue under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying of DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 77 mm, polythylene confirming to IS 16205 part-24 including coupler & Bend with smooth internal and corrugated external surface for non pressue under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F cable jointing kit for 1100Volt grade cable for indoor / outdoor end termination joint kit, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for LT, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 300 Sqmm 3.5 Core as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S & F for cable jointing kit for 1100Volt grade cable for indoor / outdoor end termination joint kit, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for LT, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 Sqmm 3.5 core as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C2 matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade ISI marked with requisite fittings laid in trenches or crossing roads/paths/culverts/along poles/walls complete all as specified and directed for following Sizse :-

Material and labour earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note:- Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound step down transformer, outdoor type, oil immersed , naturally cooled ONAN, rated temperature rise in oil & winding 45/50 degree centigrade complete with standard fittings of capacity 160 KVA HT 11 KV, 3 phase, LT, 433V, 4 wire, 50Hz of vector group DYN-11 with off load tap changing device on HT side to vary secondary voltage from + 7.5% to -7.5% in steps of 2.5% including cable box on LT and HT side , first fill of transformer oil, suitable mounting rails of appropriate gauge and other standard accessories all as per IS:1180 (Part 1) : 2014 with maximum total losses as per energy efficiency level 2 of IS:1180 (Part 1) : 2014 and latest amendments. Note: The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of the following:-

(a) Accessories such as magnetic oil level gauge, rating and diagram plate, monogram plate, explosive vent with daiphargm,thermometer pocket with thermometer, top filter valve, gun metal drain valve at bottom, Air release plug, Inspection cover, lifting lugs/hooks, earthing pads, bi-directional plain rollers, oil temperature indicator, winding temperature indicator, Buchholz relay with valve, marshalling box, silica gel breather & other standard accessories all as per IS:1180 (Part 1) : 2014 (b) The Transformer foundation is not included in the quoted rate the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (c) The Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements for pre-despatch inspection at manufacturer site or e-testing as directed by Accepting Officer and for pre-commissioning test by EI/AEI as appointed by HQ CE(A&N) Zone after installation of Transformer. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT panel board factory made outdoor type, double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, floor mounting, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415 V 3 Phase 4 wire weather proof, with IP-54 protection, with separate hinge door for each compartment for incoming and outgoing switchgears/ACB/MCCB etc with locking arrangement, with back door openable (Screwed), including painting with two coats of epoxy powder paint over a coat of primer after under going a rigorous metal treatment process involving alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid or any other acid and phosphate and with aluminium busbar (TPN), suitable double compression copper cable glands complete in all respect and including PCC work and provn of the following: (a) Aluminium Bus bar of rating 400-A mounted on porcelain insulator - 01 Set ( Set of 4 Nos) with colour coded PVC sleeve insulation. Contd.../-

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 6.35/11 KV grade (Earthed system cable) of size 3 core 95sqmm. Note:- (a) Earth work, sand cushioning, concrete cable covers, GI pipe protection for road crossings, HT termination joints will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specified and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made as per IS 5820-1970, class HV, type 1, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV Switch air break, gang operated, triple pole with drop out fuses and 12 insulators, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and MS channel frame, with operating mechanism made out of 25 mm dia G.I medium grade pipe suitable for operation from ground level with locking arrangement complete for current rating 200 Amps including necessary ACSR jumpers/pad clamps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of HT lightening arrestor metal oxide type (gap less) heavy duty single pole suitable for 12 KV rated highest system voltage, long duration distribution discharge class type, IP 55 Degree of protection, 100(kVp) at 65 kA High current impulse withstand voltage and 9 KV Arrestor rating with normal discharge current of 10 KA complete with all fittings conforming to IS: 3070 part-3 effectively connected with earthing system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Manufacturer's Test certificate for lighting arrestor shall be produced before claiming for payment.

Supply & fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade XLPE cable for outdoor end termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for cable size 3core, 95 Sqmm including testing after jointing complete all as directed .

Supply & fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade XLPE cable for Indoor end termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE cable including testing after jointing complete all as directed .

M & L for ACSR (Aluminium conductor steel reinforced) conductor of suitable size for binding connections on HT side complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and erection in vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) all as specified duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embeded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on remaining exposed surfaces after errection complete, painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and red alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where required all as specified and directed .Note : PCC in foundation, coping, Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal) will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fixing of Cross arms, bracings, pipes, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Supply and erection in vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) all as specified duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embeded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on remaining exposed surfaces after erection complete, painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where required all as specified and directed. Note : PCC in foundation, coping, Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal) will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply & fixing LED flood lights of capacity 120 Watt, comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, IK09, enclosed with glass cover in frame (with total lumen output not less than 14400 lumens and system efficiency not less than 120 lumens/Watt), having secondary optics(lens) with ingress protection IP 65/66, CRI 80, and potted electronic driver of minimum IP 67 with THD less then 10%, SPD of capacity 10 KV etc incl necessary clamps etc complete fixed on pole with 2.5 sqmm, 3 single core multistanded, PVC insulated copper wire for connecting light from junction box etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note: (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of 2.5 Sqmm PVC wire for connecting flood lights from Junction box.

Supply & fixing IP 66 thermoplastic-polycarbonate cable junction box of size 205X255X92 with terminal suitable for cable entry upto 3.5 core, 25 Sqmm which is totally shock proof, water proof, halogen free, silica and having internally embedded gasket technology fixing on pole / surface / frame with the help of GI calmp of size 25X3 mm, 02No of MCB SP 6 Amp and four way 32 Amp Connector complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for construction of Transformer platform with solid block masonry with surface finishing without using extra cement for the installation of transformer of size 3000x2500x1200 mm complete with PVC coated chain link fencing, angle iron supports, gate and painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Refer Drg No.GE MB/PB/WD/01/2024 Sheet 1/1 for guidance purpose)

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation bedding for poles and stay mass concretes etc complete all as specified

M&L plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping complete all as specified

Material & labour for Stay assembly complete with accessories such as MS stay plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm thick, stay rod 20mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I of 2009 or directed by Engr-in-charge (Earth work, PCC, stay wire and loop type insulators will be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for Galvanized stay strand of size 7/4 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for Loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green complete all as specified.
