M&L Hardcore of Broken stone/boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) , finishing cement concrete as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&Lfor virtified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM( 1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250x 7mm / 450x300x 7mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Exterior grade compact panel 6 mm thick skins in cladding of cloumns/walls/partition walls,Ceiling,front gates and doors etc.,riveted to Aluminium section and colour red/grey/blue complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Powder Coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators and partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type D2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations,filling and mass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and racking out joints hacking for key sucrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete block masnory in two layers, base layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and top layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4(with river sand) instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Precast Concrete work /Precast concrete block built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc., including removal of debris and depositing outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick toughned glass fixed as in partition/cladding and similar work with stainless steel fittings including necessary sealants complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix aluminium anodised snap grid false ceiling of standard aluminium section such as wall angle of size 38mm x 25mm x 2.4mm weighing 0.36 Kg/Rm main/cross tees of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/Rm, grid size n.exc. 610 x 610mm suspended with 4mm dia GI wire at interval n.exc. 600mm centre to centre for main & cross tees fixed to roof slab roof truss fixed with suitable size MS hook and fastening bolts etc including 'E' board classic 4mm thick oceanic sheet of size n.exc. 610 x 610mm size fixed in ceiling with clips to aluminium snap grid complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying textured exterior paint of two or more coats at rate of 3.28 ltr/10 sqm over priming coat of exterior primer at the rate of 2.20 kg /10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick toughned glass door with floor hydraulic door closer,top fitting arrangement locking device and 2 feet long handle and other fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (table rubbed) machine cut in skirting / dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing of type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised Aluminium frames for Partition, Door, Windows,sliding shutters and Ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleat for fixing etc & fixed with glass or gauge, side hung type without sash bars using standard aluminium section including necessary Aluminium grill (Decogrill), jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing anodised aluminium snap beadings screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as handles stainless steel adjustable friction stay hinges etc complete all as specified incl aluminium grills fixed to window frame aluminium anodised wire cloth fixed to aluminium frame all as specified and directed NOTE: (i) Payment under this item will be make only for the cost of aluminium section. However unit rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of rubber beading, fittings such as handles and fixing of SS friction stay hinges, 5mm thick glass,wire cloth etc. (ii) 4mm thick sheet glass shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Weight of aluminium handle & SS hinges shall not be accounted for payment purpose .

Supply only 5.5 mm Plain sheet glass ordinary quality ,in square exc 0.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative laminations, fixed with screws to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick plain colour pvc sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make pvc frame as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
