Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises all as directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing coat in Cm 1:3 all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Providing and Applying plaster of paris putty of 1mm thickness over newly plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of OBD over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including nesessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in Ground floor or paving n exc 15 cm thick above or below groung level all as directed

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in sub base, Sub Floors & Floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory-made uPVC door frame made of uPVC. extruded sections having an overall dimension (extruded section profile) 42x50 mm (tolerance ± 1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless-steel screws, joints mitered and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVG white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories area exc 2 sqm. (Note: (i) The unit rate quoted shall include all other connected accessories except glass (ii) Glass will be measured and paid separately (iii) Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners- 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass (Note: (i) The unit rate quoted shall include all other connected accessories except glass (ii) Glass will be measured and paid separately (iii) Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.) (a) Area not exceeding 1.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 5.5mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality in squares exc 0.50 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC wall & ceiling including GI Frame work comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall ueing nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm fixed to wall at approx 900mm centre to centre with gleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including wall section of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 28mm each with PVC sheet of 1.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre fixed with joining for 'J' trim & 'T' Section including hanging of 6mm dia GI(Up to 1200mm length) adjusting level finished to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. Wire mesh over and including complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 1.00mm thick of laths steel rolling shutters,without ball bearing as specified including top cover,anchoring rod,hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer ,erected in position as indicated, complete but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Painting to new steel and iron surfaces of exc. 10cm wide or girth by two coats of synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls heights up to 6M including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays ,including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aqua Star Compact Upvc Rainwater Gutter 160mm,capacity 11 ltr/mtr including aqua star compact bracket with extension rain water accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation old surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat a primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1mm thick wall care putty over old prepared surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Exterior emulsion paint of two coats as in old wall/facia/border surfaces complete including after removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.
