S&F Sheet metal enclosure of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with IP-42 protection along with 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 4P, 125 Amps Bypass switch including indicating lamps complete as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for earthing with copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, Copper medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note:- The quoted rates are inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, teat terminal block, funnel with watering pipe,Copper earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 TR including required gas charging complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge Note: (a) The cost of copper tubing of any length from indoor to outdoor unit, remote with batteries, refrigerant gas, compressor oil, tools & plants for fixing of outdoor unit at any height and making good disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Drilling of the wall should be done by core cutting machine. (c) Cost of copper tubing, refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately. (d) There shall be availability of local service centre /local authorised dealer for proposed make of split ACs, cosiderig remote locatio of A&N Island. Contractor shall submit proof of the same for approval of GE before placing order.

S&F single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for air conditioner mounting bracket heavy duty GI steel/MS powder coating finish inclusive of nuts and bolts for mounting the bracket on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

S&F Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of 2.5% and capacity 4KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable two run of 4 Sqmm single core (FRLSH) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including concealed with PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size or surface wiring with PVC casing caping of suitable size and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLSH) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge Note : (i) Three run of cable with one run of PVC conduit/PVC casing and caping will be measured as one length. (ii) The quoted rate inclusive for the following :- (a) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS Specification. (b) Test certificates of cables to be submitted before commencement of work/ claiming for payment. (c) wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing caping of suitable size as per site requirement.

Supply & fixing submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable two run of 6 Sqmm single core (FRLSH) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC casing caping for surface wiring with casing caping accessories laid on wall/ceiling and one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLSH) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC casing caping and PVC casing caping accessories will be measured as one length.

Supply & Laying of Telerax DWC (Doule wall corrugated) HDPE Pipe ISI marked of outer dia 40mm and inner dia 32mm polythylene icluding coupler & bend with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F MCCB DB VTPN 4 way IP-43 made of sheet steel phosphatised, powder painted with copper busbar 200A, neutral link, earth bar and din rail 415 volts with duble door with provision for MCCB incomer and MCB outgoing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge Note: MCCB and MCB shall be measured and paid separately.
