M & L for terrazzo tiles 25cm x 25 cm x 22mm thick, with size of chips upto 6 mm; with grey cement and pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium frame for doors and windows with one or more rebates incl joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specifed.

S&F for anodised aluminium powder coated door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F for 18 to 20mm prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed

S&F for sheet glass 5.5mm size and glazing with wooden beads, aluminium beads or oil putty in square exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100mm size 4 liver aluminium mortice lock vertical type including all fittings and screws complete all as specified.

S&F for 150mm long aluminium handles, fabricated type anodised of complete all as specified.

S&F for 150mm floor door stopper over all length of aluminium alloy body and tongue anodised with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor complete all as specified.

S&F for AC plain building board 4mm thick ceiling fixed with size of grid 605X605mm GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. with hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

Excavation over area n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for hard core broken stone of guage not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick in floors finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 12mm thick toughened glass including sand basting and making army logos fixed with SS screws/ fasteners including all fitting/fixures complete all as specified and as directed. Make: modifloat/saint Gobain

S&F for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out, returing filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in pillars, post holes and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel bolt length exc. 5cm but not exc. 10cm and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm dia screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched with fabrication and erection of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M&L pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel flat iron 40 x 3 mm size as in valley gutter, wind tie and similar work including securing bolt and necessary driling work conforming to fe 290 Gde - 165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry exc 10 cm in width with minimum compressive strength of 50kg/sqcm using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rough finished formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:6 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, shelves, landings, cover slabs, string courses, copings,chajjas, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat-ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over ,cut to length , bent to shape requred, including cranking , bending spirally for columns hooking for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cup boards steel shutter having 1mm thick MS plain black sheet, locking arrangement with MS chromium plated handle machanism and shutter fixed with purpose made hinges and pressed steel frame having profile size of 85x60x25 mm thick fixed in wall, Each shutter is strengthen with 1.00 mm thick sheet beam pressed in C- shape having girth of 150mm with built in 5.0 mm thick mirror of size 400mm x 1200 mm in one shutter of each cup board, 01 Nos stainless steel drappary rod of 20mm dia with brackets, 01 Nos stainless steel peg set of 3, including power coating to complete cup board frame and shutter (inner & outer) including 50mm long 4-lever brass mortice lock with 2 keys complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Harrison/Godrej/Link Note: Rate for tarring back of pressed steel frame and filling with PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F for anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 Nos.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos.) suitable handle (1 Nos.) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality, glazing with wooden beads, aluminium beads or oil putty in square exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminum alloy harrison/hanger rails, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc.complete all as specified and directed.
