S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing, roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Aluminium flat , wind ties of any size fixed with self tapping screws of size 40/50mm with integral EPDM washer screwed in roof covering, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering, 10mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and backing coat of 5mm with cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked]

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance \exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for trail bore and drilling with percussion/rotary/mechanical ring bore hole at the site from ground level to the depth shown below, suitable size 165 mm bore casing PVC pipes with a provision of space for filling pea gravel 3 to 10 mm size, 50 mm all round the housing pipes and construction of PCC platform, ccomplete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge for the following :- Note:- Lowering, PCC, Pea gravel shall be measured under relevant items.

Supplying, lowering and fixing into bore hole PVC housing pipes jointed duly with socket and spigot of each casing pipe of size 180 mm nominal bore, not less than 3 mm wall thickness complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Note : Depth of bore and depth of pipe can vary as per requirement and availability of water.

Supplying, lowering and fixing into bore hole PVC pipes perforated 140 mm nominal bore, not less than 4 mm wall thickness, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for subsequent development of bore well by submersible pump set of minimum capacity of 400LPM, 100meter head till clear water of potable quantity free from sand / silt is obtained complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Note :- Pump set equipped for testing yield shall be provided and submersible pump including submersible cable, column pipe and any other accessories required shall be arranged by the contractor with out any extra cost.

M&L for carrying chemical / bacteriological analysis and portability test of raw water for all 65 Parameters as per IS 10500-2012 obtained from bore well from Delhi test house/ MCD/ approved Micro Engineering/NABL testing lab, details filteration and chemical dosing quantity to portable for drinking water and submitting the report in duplicate to Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply, lowering and fixing into bore hole HDPE pipe 100 mm nominal bore of thickness 6 mm, both side flanged 10 mm thick duly welded including nut, bolts & washers and rubber gasket of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Note for item No. 12 to 17 :- (a) borewell location shall be intimated by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The cost of electro logging test for finding out water bearing zone identification shall deemed to be borne by contractor.(c)Engineer-in- Charge shall ensure that work being carried out as per CGWB report. (d) The verticality of digged borewell shall be ascertained by the contractor as per IS 2800. (e) The cost of removing muddy water, soil clearing off the site after borewell shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing 3 phase, vertical type, submersible pump 415 Volts AC 50 Hz, 400 LPM, 100 mtr head and discharge suitable for 100 mm/165mm dia column pipe of bore well complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- Depth of lowering of pump shall be as recommended after yield test for safe yield.

S&F MS bail plug 150mm dia, fixed and welded, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F Mild Steel well cap suitable for 150mm dia casing pipe with 4 Nos 18 mm dia nuts , bolts and washers 7 MS clamp fabricated from flat iron 100 x 16 mm thick duly drilled holes of suitable size including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F butterfly valve (wafer type) class PN 1.6 for 100mm dia HDPE pipe, ISI marked with SG Iron Disc Lever Operatted Nitrile/ EPDM rubber lining Seat Test Pressure 1.6MPa (Hyd) including tail piece (if required) for fitting in 100 mm dia HDPE pipe and to all minor fixing arrengement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F butterfly valve (wafer type) class PN 1.6 suitable to fitting 160 mm dia PPR pipe , ISI marked with SG Iron Disc Lever Operatted Nitrile/ EPDM rubber lining Seat Test Pressure 1.6MPa (Hyd), flange type, including tail piece (if required) for fitting in 160 mm dia PPR pipe and to all minor fixing arrengement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F butterfly valve (wafer type) class PN 1.6 suitable to fitting 63 mm dia PPR pipe , ISI marked with SG Iron Disc Lever Operatted Nitrile/ EPDM rubber lining Seat Test Pressure 1.6MPa (Hyd), flange type, including tail piece (if required) for fitting in 63 mm dia PPR pipe and to all minor fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L for header made out of MS pipe 200 mm dia , 6 mm thick , 3 m length including cutting, welding, jointing suitable flanges etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer for connecting following sizes of incoming and outgoing flanged pipes and other connecting material for incoming and outgoing dia pipe accordingly complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. (a) 100 mm dia bore- 2 Nos( incoming) (b) 160 mm dia- 01 No, and 75 mm dia-01, and 63 mm dia-01 No

supply and fixing connecting and testing non return valve suitable to fitting 100 mm bore HDPE pipe, horizontal flow both and flanged class 'B' as per IS specification including flange joints etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and laying 160 mm bore 3- layer (PP-R) concealed pipes SDR 7.4(PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings with and including all new fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces, dead end etc as required at site laid in trenches/ wall and connection to existing water mains complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- The quoted rates deemed to be inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

All as per item No 27 above but size of 75 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

All as per item No above but size of 63 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fix Mild Steel clamp of size 50 mm x 6 mm and 02 foot long for holding of 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel stip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Note : Necessary excavation earthwork shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exe 1.5m in depth for laying GI pipes,cable etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Returning filling in soil from excavation including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exe. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing excavated (surplus soil) to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for supports, stands, platform etc including necessary shuttering for casting concrete above and below GL complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for preparation and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F in replacement cable PVC insulated sheathed, unarmoured, flat submersible water proof with stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade of size 3 core 16 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply, Installation , testing and commissioning of indoor type, weather proof, cubicle panel board made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 50x50x6 mm equal angle iron, embedded in PCC, 1:2:4, type B-1, ,out door type, IP-65 protection with rain protection canopy front and back openable, double door openable up to minimum 150 degree, lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable foamed in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof, powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, and suitable to cable glands for cable entry.The panel shall the following equipments:- (a) Aluminium bus bar of capacity duly be including covered with colour coded shrinkable sleeves not less than 200 Amps for phases and neutral - 01 set. (b) Digital multifunction meter of size 96x96mm to measure current, voltage, freequency and power factor with built in selector switch and programmable CT of appropriate ratio - 01 Nos. (c) Panel indicating lamp neon/LED type (Red, Yellow & Blue) with lamp holders - 03 Nos. (d) Panel instrumental wiring with FRLS suitable size but not less than 2.5 Sqmm copper wire single core - 01 Job. INCOMING (a) MCCB 4 Pole, Ics = 100% Icu, 36 KA, 415 Volts, 100 Amps, with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 01 No OUT GOING (a) MCCB 4 Pole, Ics = 100% Icu, 36 KA, 415 Volts, 40 Amps, with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 02 Nos, (b) Fully automatic star delta starter (ASD) suitable for submersible pump capacity 10 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, IP-54, extended wide bend coil, FRLS internal wiring etc.-02 Nos.

S&F in replacement dialed type water pressure gauge 4" dia upto 15 Kg/cm2 including CP stop cock 15 mm with U tube complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracing supports , clamps and back plates fabricated from strctural steel sections including nuts, bolts,washers, welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated and inclusive of one coat of zinc cromate primer , one under coat & one finishing coat & good quality of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth strip and 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type CI chamber. MS funnel, wire gauge. 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos. 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50m, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: (i) Cost of earth wire and GI protection pipe upto 7.5m length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returning & filling, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point.(iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit.(iv) If the desired earth resistance is not achieved during testing as per IS, the complete earthing shall be replaced / repaired by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissible. (vi) Earth test report shall be submitted to Accepting Officer for the payment of RAR / FB

Supply & laying in replacement DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
