Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

S & F XLPE, insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric cable size 16 Sqmm 4 core with stranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade, laid in tranches/fixing on wall/poles or passing through pipe, including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing on completion with GI protections pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP protection of IP-67 having outer dia 50 mm and inner dia of 38 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring concealed/ casing capping on walls and surface on ceiling complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC casing capping heavy grade accessories, ISI marked, 19/20mm or of suitable size including all accessories, surface on walls by driling using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including suitable boxes, switch plates of suitable make and 1.5 Sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly for One light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for submain wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2 x 2.5 Sqmm drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 20mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings and fixing accessories and 2.5.0 Sqmm FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and removal of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) 3 Runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth.

S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosure MCB DB TPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 415 volts double door with magnitic locking system including refixing / fixing of incomming & outgoing MCBs and making smooth the wall surfaces and removal old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MCBs of following rating and taking out MCBs of any rating for MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240V 10 KA, "C" Series complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 25.00 above but MCB TPN 32 Amps 415V 10 KA, "C" Series complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm burried earth pit not less than 2.25m depth below normal ground level with to edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to & including galvanised earth wire 4 Sqmm by means of GI bolts & nuts etc with provision of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2020 including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering with GI pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade) & MS funnel, concrete pit including excavation and earthwork and testing on completion etc, including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Refilling of the earth pit shall be carried out with black cotton soil. (ii) GI wire 4.0mm dia & GI protection pipe upto 7.5 m length will be measured under this item (iii) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost.
