Maintenance Period:- Complete maintenance of garden features trees, shrubs,hedge/edges, lawn, seasonal flower, fountain etc like hoeing, weeding, prunning watering mowing of lawn, hedge,ellpy, upkeeps and maint of potted plants including loading, Unloading carriage and displaying removal of garden rubbish spraying insecticides, pesticides, manuring if required and security of all above, by employing 02 ( two) skilled Gardner per day all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE. Note: The rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of following:- (i) During the period of 06 month any plant, shrubs, grass etc is found dead,not true to name or size as specified or not in satisfactory growth plant of approved size and shape shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to govt. (ii) If contractor failed to comply above, the work will be carried out through other agency and amount will be recovered from contractor. (iii) Supply and application of manure, sweet earth,sand,ATT chemical and pesticides, fertilizers etc are included in the quoted unit rate during maintenance period.

Supply & Fix LED BOLLARD 9W new generation, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed aluminium landscape IP 65/ IK10 for diffused lighting with high power LED as light source. Make Cat Part No BCP400 LED09 D CW PSU GR S1 of Philips or equivalent in Havells, Wipro and OSRAM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation suitable for LED bollard light including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge

Supply & Fix 240V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole and neutral current carrying capacity 10 amp and fixing in existing LT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Returning filling in , excavated soil including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms each any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Removing the excavated materials not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the staring point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches fine dry river sand by gently by punning down manually as in cable protection all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note : Sand after punning down will be measured

Supply and laying precast concrete cable cover class LV ISI Marked, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & Fix pole junction box sheet moulded compound (SMC) type hinged door and locking arrangement of size 130 X 130 X 77mm (Internal) comprising one, one no SP MCB single pole of capacity 6 amp 240 volts and one no terminal for loop in and loop out suitable for single phase LED Bollard light system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge Make:- Hensel Cat part No KF 0606G or equivalent as approved by Engineer In Charge/GE

Supplying, laying, connecting and testing of GI tubing medium grade 25 mm dia with and including all fittings such as bends elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions,etc fixed complete laid in trenches / along the walls / floors / ducts, incuding cutting existing PPR pipe line and making connection with fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge

All as per item no 17 but of size 15 mm

Supply and fix gun-metal gate valves of size 25 mm dia all as spceified by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fix CP butterfly valves of size 15 mm dia all as spceified by Engineer-in-charge
