The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works, such as construction of a combination of works like "Building (RCC Framed) / Ware House of steel structure and Steel Structure works including Steel Tank Fabrication with installation of min capacity 35 KL in Petroleum / Liquified Gas / Compressed Gas / Petro-chemical / Hydrocarbon / Chemical Industry". The bidder should have completed work as a main contractor or as a sub-contractor during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the original date of bid submission. The value of completed work for evaluation shall be considered as under: * Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 2,19,57,000.00 * Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 2,92,75,000.00 * One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 3,65,94,000.00 The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the type of work. For civil works, the bidder should have at least 1 engineer with 3 years of experience. For mechanical works, the bidder should have at least 1 engineer with 3 years of experience and 1 engineer with 2 years of experience. For electrical works, the bidder should have at least 1 engineer with 5 years of experience, 1 engineer with 3 years of experience, and 1 engineer with 1 year of experience. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 50-200% of the estimated value of the work, which is Rs. 4,39,13,000.00. The bidder should have completed at least 30-100% of similar electrical works, and more than 100% of similar works for other categories. The bidder's turnover during any of the preceding three financial years should be at least 60% of the estimated value of the work, which is Rs. 4,39,13,000.00.
