Ifc And Medd Have Mutually Identified Three Projects In Three Different Districts Of Maharashtra To Be Implemented On Ppp Mode. One Project Is A Greenfield Hospital And Other Two Are Brownfield Hospital Projects, To Be Given To A Private Developer On A Concession. The Scope Of The Projects For Private Developer Is Also Expected To Include Provision Of Pg Medical Education For Specialists. In This Context, Ifc Is Seeking A Technical Consultant That Will Assist Ifc With Technical Structuring And Due Diligence, Including Demand Assessment, Review Of Equipment & Staffing, Analysis Of Public/private Patients Mix, Analysis Of Setting Up Pg Medical Courses, Risk Allocation, Detailed Cost Estimation, Identification Of Technical Approvals, Development Of Performance Specifications/ Inputs In The Ppp Agreements And Technical Evaluation Of The Bid Proposals.
