Transpoting of steel cribs for staging initial lead upto 20km

For every addtl. Km (or) part there of beyond initial lead of 20km

Casting of precast post tension PSC SLAB 12.2m span bridge (4 units) at the site without obstructing the waterways as per Drg No:RDSO/B-10271 & RDSO/B-10271/1 and as per specification of prestressed concrete work laid down in IRS Concrete Bridge Code as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work over suitable steel cribs staging as required for casting and stressing, including providing suitable PCC/ Concrete slabs for the staging if required and lifting arrangements as per approved dawing with all labour, tools and plant, machineries,PCC/concrete slabs, steel crib staging arrangements, materials such as shuttering, wooden planks, 7 wooden cut blocks ,cement and steel reinforcement steel,sheathing for cable duct, binding wire,stressing equipment,stressing jacks stressing crew,HTS wires,bearing cones, wedges &other incidental materials and items including provision and arrangements for surface vibrators , shutter vibrators and needle vibrators etc complete.( one span contains 4 PSC slabs). (All labour, tools and plant, shuttering, supporting materials, cement, reinforcement steel , HTS wire, stressing jacks, stressing equipments etc to be supplied by Contractor/Tenderer only at his own risk and cost) Note: Steel cribs rental charges to be borne by contractor as per existing railway rates.: This item includes casting of base slabs/ concrete bases over which steel cribs staging to be erected for suitable height for casting of RCC retainers.Steel cribs rental charges to be borne by contractor as per existing railway rates. steel cribs to be properly secured after completion of the work. Casting of precast RCC retainers of 12.2m span bridge at the site of work as per Drg No: RDSO/B- 10271/1 and as per specification of concrete work laid down in IRS Concrete Bridge Code over suitable steel cribs staging for casting of RCC retainer with Railway's steel cribs without obstructing waterway including providing suitable PCC/ Concrete slabs for the staging if required and lifting arrangements as per approved dawing and as 8 directed by the Engineer in charge of the work with all labours, tools and plants, machineries, materials including cement and steel etc., complete.( one span consists of two numbers of RCC retainers). (All labour, tools,materials, road vehicles, consumable stores, crew etc., are to be supplied by theContractor only at his own cost) Note: Steel cribs rental charges to be borne by contractor as per existing railway rates.Note: This item includes casting of base slabs/ concrete bases over which steel cribs staging to be erected for suitable height for casting of RCC retainers.Steel cribs rental charges to be borne by contractor as per existing railway rates. steel cribs to be properly secured after completion of the work. Casting, Pre cast post-tensioned pre-stressed SLAB SEGMENTS of specified span and using M 45 or higher grade of DESIGN MIX Concrete of 20mm graded stone aggregate as per the specifications prescribed in 9 the special conditions and railway's approved design for super structure. The cost shall include all labours, materials, steel shuttering with proper sufficient thick of steel plate. However the cost shall exclude the cost of cement, HTS wire, tensioning reinforcement steel etc., which will be paid separately under relevant Annexure. Note:1.Payment will be restricted to 80% of the accepted rate for the item will be paid after casting the SLAB SEGMENTS and the balance 20% after completion of launching of the SLAB SEGMENTS in traffic span to the satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.

"Isolation of track as per site condition and as ordered, Removal of existing steel Girder along with Running rails, Guard rails, sleepers and fittings from span under LB/PB and stacking at nominatted location 10 including channel sleepers, Running Rails, Guard rails and other fittings stacking near the approach of any Manned Level crossing available near the bridge location/any other nominated location so as to load the girder into the the trailor without any infringement to the track and road users and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (All labour, materials, tools, hiring of road cranes including mobilisation charges, crew, fuel, consumable stores etc. and any other incidental works and charges are to be borne by the tenderer/ contractor at his own cost only). "

Trucking out of released materials from site work to Dy.CMM /GSD/PER or any other nominated locations specifed by the Engineer-in-charge by road or any other means including loading, unloading and leading 13 by contractors own vehicle or any other means and labours etc complete. including all men,materials,tools and plants and any other incidental works arise if necessary , hiring of road vechile/tracor/trailor leading charges, loading and unloading charges are to be borne by the tenderer/contractor and as directed by the engineer-in- charge. . (All labour, tools, materials, road vehicles, lighting materials ,consumable stores, crew etc., are to be supplied by the contractor only at his own cost.)

Dismantling the existing RCC/CC Bed Block of piers and abutments to required portion before taking up mega block in order to reduce the block period for launching and fixing of new precast RCC Bed block 14 using mechanised Daimond wire cutting method to Correct shape and size including clearing of debris without affecting the train traffic movement with contractor men, Materials, machineries etc., as directed by Engineer-in- charge. The rate shall include the cost of working platform scaffolding arrangements required for keeping the machineries at site of workfor dismantling of existing RCC Bedblock using Daimond wire sewing & core cutting method /wall sewing method (including all labour, machinery movement to site) along the cross section of box into small loadable segments.

Casting the precast RCC Bed Block as per the approved plan, nearby the proposed site with 15 controlle concrete of m35 is using using river sand as per design using contractor's moulds made of steel plates and angles, supports etc, and levelling the ground and curing etc. confirming to the IS specification and as drected by engineer in charge. All labour materials for casting of RCC bedblock borne by the contractor excluding steel and cement.

Erection of Precast bed blocks by suitable capacity road cranes using lifting beam under line block /power block etc duly preparing and levelling the bearing area over abutment /pier with a layer of CI boring matrix 16 to a thickness not exceeding 25mm and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including cranes with standby cranes of required capacity men, materials , labour, tools &plants consumables, hiring of cranes and other related materials required for erection should be arranged by the Contractor only (one of the released girder may be used as lifting beamduly fixing hooks at appropriate location by weldingwhich should be done by Contractor only)(All labour and tools, equipments and other consumsble stores such as cement, CI borings road cranes, crew, fuel, are to be supplied by Tenderer/Contractor only at his own cost and risk

Dismantling of existing of staging arragments including I -girders, steel cribs and stacking away from site at safe & suitable location

Galvanizing of StructuralSteel standard Channels,angles, plates/chequeredplates etc., as perspecifications including sand blasting and hot dippingafter galvanization minimum(120 microns ) with allangles, channels, plates etc

Supply and placing in position of sand /earth bags to retain the earth at formation and the same should be stacked in position at nominated locations without casuing any infringement to the running traffic with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.(All labour and tools including other consumable stores are to be supplied by the tenderer/Contractor only at his own cost.)

"

Supply of steel reinforcement of approved brands/makes for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe- 500D or more of approved brands/makes.
