Fixing of Joggled fish plate with bolt/clamp on untested and defective rail weld joints in running/non 69 running line with fixing of wooden block by removing existing track ballast and again in putting and packing the wooden block . (Payment for Drilling of hole in rail will be paid under relevant NS items) including all labour and material except joggled fish plate, nuts and bolts/ joggled clamp which will be supplied by Railway at SSE/C/P. Way store.

Extra on item (NS 6, NS 7 & NS 8) lead 1 Km to 5 KM

Manufacturing & Supplying of caution indicator boards in size 1400 mm x 400 mm. of 2 mm. thick Aluminum alloy sheet conforming to IS: 736 in size and shape etc. As per Annex. 8/4 of para 807 & 808 of IRPW manual 2004 with back support of MS Angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm . The entire face of sign board shall be covered with yellow high intensity encapsulated type retro reflective sheeting with heat lamp vacuum Machine. The black 21 portion for board shall be provided with scotched film on high intensity sheet with all labor, materials, taxes, octroi, leading , loading, unloading and including stainless steel Bolts & Nuts and fixing of boards with the help of angle iron post of size 75X75x6mm and of height (Average - 4.50 Mtr ) ,so that the bottom of boards are at 2.10m above rail level after fixing in ground as per Rly specifications. The rates includes the cost of all types angles , nuts, bolts, rivets, washers etc as required with all contractor's labour lead and lift etc complete ,as per instructions of Engineer or his authorized representative complete job.

Replacement of existing wooden /ST/CST-9/PRC sleeper with new PRC sleepers with M+7or any other sleeper density as directed by Engineer in charge under running/non running traffic condition with deep screening of existing stone ballast upto the full width of ballast section up to required level and putting back the screened ballast including recoupment of short ballast from stack and will be paid under relevant NS item in 20 existing BG track, point & Xing, SEJ including lifting and providing 350/300/250mm clean ballast cushion below sleeper with kutcha packing, removing grass, vegetation handling, rehandling and disposal of released muck up to full width of formation as per direction of Engineer in charge at site under running/non running traffic conditions in existing track including all standard fitting/ fastening squaring of sleepers ensuring correct spacing, gauging, alignment longitudinal and cross levels providing superelevation on curve etc. complete in all respect including unloading, handling, rehandling leading manually or by dip lories or by road transport of all P. way fittings, and fastening required at site of work from site store of SSE/C/P Way at contractor own cost and including leading loading handling and rehandling of PRC sleepers free lead up to 500 M from stacking point to site of work within yard limits, required for linking new track as well as released items from track will be deposited by the contractor to SSE/C/P. Way store All released material will be stacked properly in the SSE/C/P. Way store or as directed by engineer in charge free of cost .Note :-The payment of Deep Screening will be done separately through relevant NS Item.

Drilling holes o f 3 2 mm/28mm/26.5mm dia o r a s directed b y engineer i n charge including 65 chamfering in 60 Kg / 52 kg / 90R New / SS rail including arrangements of all tools and plants, consumable material etc. at contractor's own cost including lead, lifts, placing, handling, re-handling of rails as required or as directed by the Engineer in charge at site as a complete job with all labour & material and T&P involved.

Removal of debris / malba / surplus earth including stacked earth and other misc. materials such as Kankar, sand, ashes, stone, chips, bats etc. along with Railway track i n yards including all lifting, loading, 38 unloading, leading and disposing off the same outside railway boundary / premises. It includes head all leads /lifts etc. . In case the debris/ surplus earth etc are required by the Railways in the yard for to be filled in low lying area, then the same will required to be lead to the site of work including spreading and dressing etc as directed by the site engineer irrespective of any lead with in yards and nothing extra will be paid or recovered on this account.

Handling, lifting, loading, leading, unloading and spreading of 65mm gauge machine crushed hard stone ballast from the existing stacks lying along the cess/formation within railway boundary/other land and putting the same on new bank manually, donkey labour or by tractor / truck or any other means in straight /curved / point and crossing etc. Rate will include all lead, lift, ascent, descent, handling, re handling, crossing of running track (safely), nallah, streams or any other obstruction coming while working including all other charges i.e. taxes, 06 royalties, octroi etc, making approach road wherever required for leading of ballast on new bank with contractors own tools labour etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. The ballast shall be spread initially in a layer of 150 to 200mm thickness or as directed by Site Engineer, for linking of track and further ballast shall be spread after linking of track to make proper ballast profile as per ballast profile shown in IRPWM (with all correction slip) for single line BG LWR track on PRC sleepers with contractor's own tools & labour as a complete job. Note: - (i) During lifting operation of ballast complete stack, will be cleared. (ii) The payment shall be made for the actual quantity of ballast measured in the stacks. (Lead 0 to 200 m)

"Dismantling of existing points and crossing, traps points, dead ends, SEJ on all types of track structure (60KG/52KG/90R/SS Rails) including rail, sleepers and fittings complete in all respects in running line or non-running line and stacking the dismantled P. Way materials properly within station limit with 500 Meter free lead. All the released materials, fittings, turn outs & fish plates bolts etc. will be segregated and deposited in 02 SSE/C/P. Way store or any other place as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all lift, ascent, descent, or any other obstruction, crossing of lines etc. as a complete job. Leading of P. Way Materials beyond 500 M (lead will be measured along track) shall be paid separately under relevant NS item. Note: - (iii) The Point and Crossings have to be dismantled within specified period of traffic blocks, gas cutting if required during traffic block has to be arranged by the contractor including pre-arrangement/preparation for jammed fittings.(iv) 75% payment will be paid after dismantling of track/turnout.(v) Balance 25% will be paid after stacking of dismantled released material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (TURN OUT 1 IN 12) "

Supplying and fixing switch boxes manufactured from 16SWG MS sheet conforming to relevant IS specification in the walls/RCC including cutting and making good the walls/RCC after fixing the box with arrangement for providing screws of 3mm dia for covers to the following size at all height as per approved drawings or as directed by the Engineer In charge including cost of one coat of red lead primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade with all labour material, tools, plants and machinery as a complete job. 100x100x65mm

Additional lead to item NS 1 & NS 2 above for every subsequent Km or part thereof over 10 Km and up to 50 Km.

Manufacturing and fixing rail posts or any other type of posts on bank or side slopes with CC 15 foundation, if required, as per drawing and mark over these posts correct rail level/ alignment at locations as directed by Engineer -incharge including cost of painting with paint of approved shade & quality with all labour and material except rails which will be supplied free of cost at the store of SSE / C /P. Way at site store or in block section or at any other location. Note: The rate will include leading of posts to the site and cutting, if required

Items No. 045010 to 045022 ie the chapter of Steel Reinforcement items of NRUSSOR 2010 as per IR Unified Standard Specification 2010 corrected uptodate

Laying Switch expansion joints (SEJ) of 52Kg/60Kg Rail, in running track on special PSC sleepers as per RDSO drawing No. T-4165/4160/5478/5586/5748 /6902/6922/6914/6930 or any other latest approved drawing at the required locations with contractors labours and tools inclusive of all charge with free lead upto 30 200m and all lifts. The items mainly includes laying SEJ, Rails to correct spacing over compacted ballast bed, laying of stock rail and tongue rail (two pairs) providing the fittings and fastening, fixing two angle spacers bringing it to desired level and longitudinal profile correcting, gauge, cross level, spacing and squaring of sleeper and packing dressing the ballast oiling greasing the longer rails and stock rails etc. or any other item required as per directive of Engineer at site. Payment for Cutting of rails and drilling of holes for advance preparation for laying of SEJ will be made under relevant NS items.

Item rate for P & amp, F railing , ladder, frame, benches, column, water booths etc. as per requirment made of stainless steel pipe, flat, solid squire, circular bars etc of required: dia, size and appd: make. The stainless steel work shall be brushed steel finish with all joints/ welds property grinded to final finish. The 13 stainless steel shall be 304 grade and shall confirm to relevent IS specifications. The contractor shall provide a test certificate of relevent grade and quality of the material as required of one sample taken from each lot of material brought to site from Sh. Ram laboratory or any other Govt. approved laboratory. complete as per drawing and as directed. The rate includes all taxes, charges, all loading unloading, leading, lifting all heights all Lamp, M complete job. nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

Additional lead to item NS 1, NS 2, NS 3, NS 4, NS 5 & NS 6 above for every subsequent Km or part thereof over 500 Km and up to 700 Km.

All items appearing in chapter no. 12 of Painting, polishing and varnishing (except items banned as per note below) of NR USSOR 2010 (corrected uptodate) as per IR Unified std.specification- 2010 (corrected up to date).

Removal of jammed pandrol clips from running track. During process to work out the pandrol clips, PRC sleeper should not be damaged and further ERC has to be fixed if required. These rates are including labour and material .Work has to be done in the running track and safety precautions has to be taken by the contractor. All P. Way material have to be issued / deposited from the Store of SSE/C/P. Way at site store and also to be returned the released material in the same store as per direction of site in-charge.

Additional lead to item NS 1, NS 2, NS 3 & NS 4 above for every subsequent Km or part thereof over 100 Km and up to 200 Km

Complete item rate for two rounds of Machine packing on all types of track in main line, loop line, siding, straight, curve including point and crossing, Trap by railway owned Track Tamping Machine to make the track fit for sectional speed including all pre-tamping, post temping work and boxing as per relevant CE circular/ Railway specification. The rate shall include cost o f periodical reconditioning o f tamping tools, provide all 11 consumable, cost of diesel and leading of the same to the site required for trackMachine, if required by TTM staff, boxing and dressing of track and any other job incidental to tie temping work. The rate also includes the Two (02) nos. labour daily on each machine, which will be provided by the contractor. Note: Suitable track tamping machine with required crew will be provided by Railways free of cost. For BG track with 60 kg/ 52 kg/90R (single rails/ SWP/LWR) with PRC /wooden/ Metal sleeper with any type of sleeper density. (TURN OUT 1 IN 12 ON FAN SHAPED LAYOUT)

Two rounds of Manual Through packing inclusive o f boxing, packing, dressing and providing required ballast cushion 250/300/350mm as applicable and as per stipulated profile for LWR / SWR / Fish plated track / curves, point and crossing, traps as per IRPWM or as directed by the Engineer-in Charge including 1st & 2nd packing at required intervals including squaring of sleepers, ensuring correct spacing, gauging, slewing for adjusting alignment, packing, repacking of joint sleepers, longitudinal and cross level etc. complete to bring the track to required tolerance so as to make the track fit for a speed of 45 KMPH including all lead, lift, handling and 62 re handling etc. of track points and crossing under working traffic conditions or on newly laid track/ turn out/ trap points as a complete job. Payment schedule will be as follows: 40% payment will be made on completion of 1st through packing. 40% payment will be made on the completion of 2nd through packing after making the track tolerances within the range defined in special conditions/ specificatios, boxing ,dressing and stipulated ballast profiling and making track fit for the speed of 45 KMPH. 10 % payment will be released after completion of Boxing ,balancing as per approved ballast Profile . Balance 10% payment shall be released after one month of the opening of the track to rail traffic including rectification of all defects by the contractor as intimated by the Engineer at site. For BG track with 60 Kg/52kg (single rails/SWP/LWR) with PRC/wooden/Metal sleeper with any type of sleeper density. (Nothing extra will be paid if Wider PRC sleepers are used instead of PRC sleepers.) (TURN OUT 1 IN 12 FAN SHAPED)

All items appearing in chapter no. 5 of Brick work (except items banned as per notebelow) of NR USSOR 2010 (corrected uptodate) as per IR Unified std. specification- 2010(corrected up to date).

All items appearing in chapter no. 13 of Water Supply (except itemsbanned as per note below) of NR USSOR 2010 (corrected uptodate) as per IR Unified std.specification- 2010 (corrected up to date).

"Provision of insulation joints / RDSO joints at specified locations in existing/ running track with fish plate 60 kg / 52 kg / 90R and fish bolts required for the work, including cutting of rail if required, drilling and 16 widening of hole during running traffic condition, skimming of fish plate done by contractor as per the direction of the Engineer in charge, with all T&P and C&P item and labour as a complete job. The item of fish plate & bolts, and other insulation material required for the work will be supplied by railway free of cost at SSE/C/P Way store however leading of the same has been included in the item and nothing extra will be paid for this. "

Welding of 60kg /52kg 90 UTS,72UTS and Combination joints 60/52 kg rail joints by AT Welding (SKV Process) in situ with compressed Air petrol Pre-heating 3 piece pre-fabricated mould (ZIRCON-WASHED) manually pressed, single shot crucible fitted with Auto tapping Thimble in non-running and running track during traffic block for converting single rails/short welded panel/long welded panel in to SWR/LWR/CWR including 73 finishing of welded joints to post welding tolerances with contractor's own RDSO approved welding portion, prefabricated moulds, tools consumables, supervision etc. as per RDSO approved technique in accordance with the provisions contained in latest updated manual and all correction slips with all lead, lifts, taxes, levies by central/state govt., local authority. Payment Schedule:- 1. 80% payment shall be made on welding, 2. 10% payment shall be released on grinding, 3. 5% payment shall be released on painting and numbering of welding joints. 4. 5% payment shall be released on USFD testing of joints. (60 Kg 90 UTS)

Assembling, linking and laying of BG PRC fan shaped points and crossing ( Turn outs 52 kg / 60 kg/ 90 R New / SS rails ) , traps, Diamond crossing and Scissor crossover with New/ SS on PRC sleepers as per approved IRS drawings in running track conditions including working in traffic block during night time, as per direction of Engineer Incharge and in accordance with the provisions contained in the special tender conditions, ensuring correct spacing, including cutting and straightening of rails, drilling of holes for fish plated joints , fixing distance blocks & stretcher bars , fixing of check rails etc with all standard fitting and fastenings, The item includes the marking sleeper spacing on rail gauge face with approved quality paint/color /stencil as directed by Engineer in charge and including squaring of sleepers in points & crossing assembling , gauge, alignment, longitudinal and cross level etc complete, including greasing & Oiling of fish plates, fish bolts and nuts etc. (K.oil, black oil Grease 59 etc. is to be arranged by contractor at his own cost). Providing spherical washers and correct bend to the stock rail, provision of correct expansion gaps according to standard temperature prevailing at the time o f linking including free lead upto 500 M for all PRC sleepers, switches , crossing , lead rail, leading of all P. way fittings from site store of the SSE/P.Way at respective station or lying in section, with all lead , lift, ascent, descent or any other obstruction , handling , re - handling , crossing of line etc , in station yard on existing formation as required including dressing and rolling of previously laid track ballast of required cushion , katcha packing & required grading with ballast to bring track to fairly good geometry and final tolerance as per special tender conditions and specifications . Machinery work for cutting of stud bolts / stretcher bar bolt up to required depth for proper opening and housing of points and crossing. Bolts will be supplied free of cost from the store of SSE/C/P- Way at site, etc including all labour and materials as a complete job. Leading of P way Materials beyond 500 M shall be paid separately under relevant NS item. NOTE: Necessary S&T fitness have to be made with the S&T department and provide necessary assistance to S&T department. Note :- A) The work of assembling , linking shall be done during pre non interlocking period and assembled turnout to be inserted i.e. (switch & crossing lead rail ) during specified traffic block period only in case of existing running lines. The rate also includes longitudinal pull of assembling turnouts upto 50 mtr and side pull- involving crossing of running track for about approx. 5 m or as per space available at site .The rate against NS item shall deem to be inclusive of above elements. B) 25 % payment will be made after linking and joint S&T fitness of switch on cess during before Pre interlocking periods. C) 25 % payment will be made after insertion Lead portion turnout sleepers at required location D ) and balance 50% payment will be made after completion of all activities as a complete jobs.Trap point Per Track

Supplying, Laying and fixing PVC conduit pipes 40mm dia for electrical wiring conforming to relevant IS specification including earthing with 14 SWG GI wire and provision of junction boxes of appropriate 05 size and requisite no. of ways (Max. 4 ways) and also PVC bends including cost of material, binding and positioning and holding the conduit in RCC, cutting chases in brick wall and making good including provision of GI fish wire inside all conduits including all incidental work at all height/depth as per approved drawing or as directed by the Engineer In charge with labour and material as a complete job.

Unloading of ballast from DMT including boxing of unloaded ballast at the site of work, including 54 releasing of BFR controlling and regulating the ballast flow to ensure uniform distribution and prevent jamming excess flow etc in the nominated block section under traffic block. During unloading of ballast DMT, infringement to any train movement has to be cleared by contractor if any occurred as a complete job and nothing extra will be paid for this. Per Track

All items under chapter No.3 ( Except item no. 033060 to 033064) ie the chapter ofPlain concrete of NR USSOR 2010 as per IR Unified Standard Specification 2010 correcteduptodate

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade cast in situ as per 01 approved plan and mix design with coarse sand and stone aggregate of 20mm and down gauge up to plinth level in raft foundation, HS tank, pile cap, Plinth beam, foundation of FOB and platforms etc, including compaction of concrete by electrical/mechanical vibrator, providing and using admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 456, IRC-112, IS-9103 & concrete bridge code applicable as per approved mix design with minimum cement content, maximum water cement ratio and slump as specified in special conditions produced by RMC plant/automatic computerized/electronic batching plant and placed using concrete pump including designing of concrete mix, finishing the exposed surface of concrete, curing of concrete as required in IRC-112, including all lead by transit mixer (crossing of stream, nallahs, railway tracks, level crossings or any other obstruction such as traffic jam etc.), lift, pumping, ascend, descend, loading, unloading, handling, wastages if any, cost of all safety works and safety precautions with all labour, arrangements for cold weather and hot weather concreting as applicable, taxes and royality etc. as a complete job as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. Nothing extra will be paid on any account. The rate will also include cost of OPC cement, admixture (plasticizer, super plasticizer, or retarder etc.) as per approved mix design.Note: Payment of reinforcement steel including cutting, straightening, hooking,bending, binding, placing and keeping and maintaining in position including cost of binding wire and shuttering will be arranged by contractor and payment will be made separately under relevant items of USOR-2010). Work will be executed as per Indian Railway Unified standard specifications applicable for RCC/PSC works.

The 24 speed figures shall be out of black scatched film and provided on the base sheet with HLVA process including all leading, loading, Taxes, octroi Labour and materials and including stainless steel Bolts & Nuts. etc. complete job. and fixing of boards with the help of angle iron post of size 75X75x6mm and of height (Average - 4.50 Mtr ) ,so that the bottom of boards are at 2.10m above rail level after fixing in ground as per Rly specifications. The rates includes the cost of all types angles, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers etc as required with all contractor's labour lead and lift etc complete ,as per instructions of Engineer or his authorized representative complete job. Loading, leading, unloading and stacking of PSC line sleepers/wider sleepers 52Kg/60Kg and level XING/guard rail sleepers including all lead, lifts, etc as a complete job. Lead up to 1 km over 500 mtr free lead

For additional lead to item (NS 1) above for every subsequent Km or part thereof over 1 Km and up to 10 Km.

Painting of rails outside / inside of any section the track / on cess / block section for using two coats with anti-corrosive bituminous black paint conforming to IS:9862-1981 to a thickness of 100 for each coat(as per ACS No. 124 to IRPWM & CE circular No. 258 (P.Way) dated March' 2006) The painting will be done after 72 removing the rust & dust and loosening the scales by brushing / scraping etc. All the application will be done in uniform brushing. The work shall be complete in all respects with all labour & material misc and incidental works related to the job as per direction of engineer in charge at site to his entire satisfaction.. Note-1. Cutting of all types of rails section New / SS on running / non running lines with hacksaw blade for vertical, square and smooth face for linking of track as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as a complete job ( all 14 the T&P / consumable material required for cutting of rails will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost) including handling / rehandling of rails. The rails shall be taken from available stacks anywhere in station yards and in block sections and will be cut in standard length / pairing as specified by the Engineer at site. Replacement of existing metal liner with GFN liner 60 kg / 52 kg / 90R including work out of existing 29 ERC/liners and cleaning the rust on the foot surface of rail by K. oil, including the cost of labour, K. oil, cotton waste etc. as required. Greasing of pandrol clip will be done during the replacement of liners and will be paid under relevant N.S. items. Similarly for jammed pandrol clips, liner will be supplied by the Railway free of cost from the store of SSE/C/P.Way or at his nearest store.

Payment schedule will be as follows: 40% payment will be made on completion of 1st through packing. 40% payment will be made on the completion of 2nd through packing after making the track tolerances within the range defined in special conditions/ specificatios, boxing ,dressing and stipulated ballast profiling and making track fit for the speed of 45 KMPH. 10 % payment will be released after completion of Boxing ,balancing as per approved ballast Profile . Balance 10% payment shall be released after one month of the opening of the track to rail traffic including rectification of all defects by the contractor as intimated by the Engineer at site. Dismantling of existing points and crossing, traps points, dead ends, SEJ on all types of track structure (60KG/52KG/90R/SS Rails) including rail, sleepers and fittings complete in all respects in running line or non-running line and stacking the dismantled P. Way materials properly within station limit with 500 Metre free lead. All the released materials, fittings, turn outs & fish plates bolts etc. will be segregated and deposited in 04 SSE/C/P. Way store or any other place as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all lift, ascent, descent, or any other obstruction, crossing of lines etc. as a complete job. Leading of P. Way Materials beyond 500 M (lead will be measured along track) shall be paid separately under relevant NS item. Note :- A) The work of assembling , linking shall be done during pre non interlocking period and assembled turnout to be inserted i.e. (switch & crossing lead rail ) during specified traffic block period only in case of existing running lines. The rate also includes longitudinal pull of assembling turnouts upto 50 mtr and side pull- involving crossing of running track for about approx. 5 m or as per space available at site .The rate against NS item shall deem to be inclusive of above elements. B) 25 % payment will be made after linking and joint S&T fitness of switch on cess during before Pre interlocking periods. C) 25 % payment will be made after insertion Lead portion turnout sleepers at required location D ) and balance 50% payment will be made after completion of all activities as a complete jobs. Points & crossings 1in 12 BG turn out (on PSC fan shaped lay out) 60 kg/ 52 kg.

Carrying out digital topographic survey by total station including level survey and preparing comprehensive maps,plans,spot levels showing existing tracks,stock joints,turnouts (Points & crossing) signal posts,electrical pole,ohe poles existing structure such as FOB,ROBs, Plateforms office buildings,washing 41 lines,boundary wall of other relevent feature at site covering relevent and area of SZM Yard and Purposed 3rd Line from SZM to DLI station or other locations as directed by Engineer-in-charge and supply the complete generated (Auto CAD) drawing plans (soft copy in CD/Floppy/pen driveand to be loaded in DY.CE/C/TKJ office computer).The rate includes marking of chainage of required points in reference to location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and including incorporation of approved proposal of new yard, cost of all skilled labour, labour and materials as a complete job. Assembling, linking and laying of BG PRC fan shaped points and crossing (Turn outs 52 kg / 60 kg New / SS rails) , trap, Diamond crossing and Scissor crossover with New/ SS rails on PRC sleepers as per approved IRS drawings in other than running track conditions as per direction of Engineer and in accordance with the provisions contained i n the special tender conditions, ensuring correct spacing, including cutting and straightening of rails, drilling of holes for fish plated joints , fixing distance blocks & stretcher bars , fixing of check rails etc with all standard fitting and fastenings, including squaring of sleepers in points & crossing assembly, gauge, alignment, longitudinal and cross level etc complete, including greasing, oiling of fish plates, fish bolts and nuts , MCI/SGCI insert,, Gauge face of lead Rails, Stock Rails, Tounge Rails. (K.oil, black oil, Grease etc. is to be arranged by contractor at his own cost), providing spherical washers and provision of correct expansion gaps according to standard temperature prevailing at the time of linking including free lead upto 500 meter for all PRC 56 sleepers, switches , crossing , lead rail, leading of all P. way fittings from site store of the SSE/P.Way at respective station or lying in the Section, with all lead , lift, ascent, descent or any other obstruction , handling , re - handling , crossing of line etc , in station yard on new / existing formation as required including dressing and rolling of previously laid track ballast of required cushion , katcha packing & required grading with ballast to bring track to fairly good geometry and final tolerance as per special tender conditions and specifications in non-running track. . The item includes fixing of hand lever for movement of switches and movement from signal point of view and setting properly where it is required. Machinery work for cutting of stud bolts / stretcher bar bolt up to required depth for proper opening and housing of points and crossing. Bolts will be supplied free of cost from the store of SSE/C/P- Way at site, etc including all labour and mat erials as a complete job. Dismantling and credit to railway for released material of existing service/residential buildings such as office rooms, verandah, service room, lavatory block etc. with contractor's own labor and equipment etc. at the site released materials such as rails pipe line, electrical & telecommunication fixtures shall be the property of railway and the same will be stacked at SSE/Works/DLI store Godown at DKZ from dismantling of walls, roofing, 10 floors all types of foundations to the required depth, trusses and ceiling at any height the other released materials will be the contractor's property and all the dismantled materials including rubbing etc. shall be removed simultaneously to keep the site clear for execution of other works as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge and as per special conditions of contact and standard specifications including all lead, lift, ascents, descents, crossing of railway tracks, level crossing, nallahs, and any other obstructions whatsoever including all handling, re-handling of materials etc. and all other charges to complete the work.(For dismantling of FOB parts.)

Extra on item (NS 6) lead 200 m to 500m

Haunch cleaning by clearing grass, up routing vegetation from shoulder ballast, cess of 52 running/non running track including disposal of rubbish away from the tracks/banks. The item includes taking out stone ballast from shoulder up the depth of routs of vegetation and putting back the same as per required ballast profile with all labor and T&p etc. as a complete job.

Providing temporary Steel barricading 2.0m high and making arrangements for traffic diversion such as traffic plan during construction period at site for day and night as per requirement and as per DMRC type drawing. This item will be payable only once during the entire construction period till the completion of work, the 03 arrangement of barricading and traffic diversion has to be kept continuously. This shall include repositioning or repainting of barricading and provision of suitable reflectors and red lamps in night. The dimensions of barricades as given in the drawing with all labour and material as a complete job. The barricating is to be secured in the ground with proper holdfasts and welded/bolted with each other. Nothing extra will be paid for fixing and other arrangement. (The released barricades will be the property of the contractor).

Dismantling of existing points and crossing, traps points, dead ends, SEJ on all types of track structure (60KG/52KG/90R/SS Rails) including rail, sleepers and fittings complete in all respects in running line or 05 non-running line and stacking the dismantled P. Way materials properly within station limit with 500 Metre free lead. All the released materials, fittings, turn outs & fish plates bolts etc. will be segregated and deposited in SSE/C/P. Way store or any other place as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all lift, ascent, descent, or any other obstruction, crossing of lines etc. as a complete job. Leading of P. Way Materials beyond 500 M (lead will be measured along track) shall be paid separately under relevant NS item.Note: - (iii) The Point and Crossings have to be dismantled within specified period of traffic blocks, gas cutting if required during traffic block has to be arranged by the contractor including pre-arrangement/preparation for jammed fittings.(iv) 75% payment will be paid after dismantling of track/turnout.(v) Balance 25% will be paid after stacking of dismantled released material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Unloading and stacking of rails from full / part rake of BFR / BRN immediately on arrival / placing of 43 rake in siding/ loop line/ main line during free time/ block time and stacking the same up to 50 mtr from track stacking will be done in straight position and in countable position as a complete job. Note: 20 rail panels are to be made in upright condition and nothing extra will be paid for this. (a) Single /3 rail panels Per Track

Two rounds of Manual Through packing inclusive o f boxing, packing, dressing and providing required ballast cushion 250/300/350mm as applicable and as per stipulated profile for LWR / SWR / Fish plated track / curves, point and crossing, traps as per IRPWM or as directed by the Engineer-in Charge including 1st & 2nd packing at required intervals including squaring of sleepers, ensuring correct spacing, gauging, slewing for adjusting alignment, packing, repacking of joint sleepers, longitudinal and cross level etc. complete to bring the track to required tolerance so as to make the track fit for a speed of 45 KMPH including all lead, lift, handling and re handling etc. of track points and crossing under working traffic conditions or on newly laid track/ turn out/ trap 63 points as a complete job. Payment schedule will be as follows: 40% payment will be made on completion of 1st through packing. 40% payment will be made on the completion of 2nd through packing after making the track tolerances within the range defined in special conditions/ specificatios, boxing ,dressing and stipulated ballast profiling and making track fit for the speed of 45 KMPH. 10 % payment will be released after completion of Boxing ,balancing as per approved ballast Profile . Balance 10% payment shall be released after one month of the opening of the track to rail traffic including rectification of all defects by the contractor as intimated by the Engineer at site. For BG track with 60 Kg/52kg (single rails/SWP/LWR) with PRC/wooden/Metal sleeper with any type of sleeper density. (Nothing extra will be paid if Wider PRC sleepers are used instead of PRC sleepers.) (TURN OUT 1 IN 8.5 FAN SHAPED)

Providing and removing barricading with the help of portable fencing along the running track where the work is to be done in close vicinity of the track. Fencing shall consist of self supporting steel angles of size 51 50x50x6mm, 1.5m high provided with hooks and embedded in CC 1:2:4 block of size 0.23x0.23x0.23m placed at c/c distance of 2.00 m along the track with 20mmx5mm flat in three horizontal layers tack welded with the angle post including two coats of luminous paint with one coat of red oxide in form of red & white strips both side on posts & flats. This shall include reposting and repeating of barricading.Note: released material will be the property of the contractor after completion of work, cost of cement will be paid separator.
