Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge: With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of triangular shape to the junction of panelling etc. with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd class teak wood: 50x50 mm (base and height).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portion: Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge: Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same.

Finishing with Dr.fixit material (Sureseal, Primeseal and Raincoat) for interiors and exteriors using as per manufacturers specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls with Dr. fixit Raincoat (2 coats), Dr. fixit Primeseal (1 coat) and including two coat of Dr. Fixit Sureseal.

Providing and fixing in wall lining medium density fibre board IS: 12406 latest marked, Solid Board Grade-I, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. Complete: 9 mm thick.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Repair and Maintenance of BSP Central School (i.e. Senior Secondary, Primary and Nursery School) at Baira Siul Power Station, Surangani

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, hold fasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete: 125 mm.

Providing and fixing oxidised M.S. hasp and staple (safety type) conforming to IS : 363 with necessary screws etc. complete: 115mm.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately): Second class teak wood.

Finishing with Dr. Fixit Fastflex (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick coir veneer board, ISI marked IS : 14842, plain lining with necessary screws, priming coat on unexposed surface etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing new wooden fillets wherever necessary: 2nd class teak wood fillets.
