Excavation over area exceeding 1.5Mtr deep but not exceeding 3.00 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 metre & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments with available excavated soil including raising ( or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick , watering, ramming / rolling and finishing to required size, shape & profile etc n.exc. 1.5 mtr high from base complete all as specified & directed.

M&L broken stone hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 broken stone or boulder mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made rubberised coloured (laminated) interlocking paver block of approved shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 (using PVC mould & vibro compaction method) (topping thickness not less than 5mm) in grey cement and non fadable glossy pigment of approved shade, laid in path & hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in footing of columns, foundation beams, plinth beam etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Reinforcement and Formwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule)

M&L Reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in columns / pillars piers / post & struts etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule)

Use & waste of form work to faces of wall, retaining wall, abutments, parapet and similar worh including attached pilasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter for flat and fair finished surface etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 1.19 but 6 to 8 mm dia bars .

All as per Srl item No. 1.19 but but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders allas specified.

M&L for 75 mm dia UPVC RAIN WATER PIPE conforming to lastest IS 13592 (Type A) single socketed in any length fixed in RCC wall for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of cement based primer on plastered surface complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only MS screw bolt (machine made) of 16 to 20 mm dia with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 15 cm but not exc 22.5 cm long etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F concertina coil 1050 mm dia (in stretched position) hot dip galvanized steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG) fixed over razor wire at points wherever coil touches the bottom of razor wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete all specified shown on drawings and directed. (Note:- Razor wire and angle iron shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing razor wire fencing with 2.6 mm dia centre core wire having barbs of length 20 mm, width 14 mm & thickness 0.5 mm razor strips on swan neck angle iron and fixing with clamp on angle iron post including all fitting like fastner clips, steel lug rings etc as shown in drawing and coated with CLR anticorrosive paint etc complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed. (Note :Each line length to be measured separately for payment ).

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) exceeding 250.00 mtr but not exceeding 500.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down concertina coil fixed on angle iron swan neck over existing security wall in any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old barbed wire / razor wire fixed on angle iron swan neck post in any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and or reveted into spikes, framed guard bars, , barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, cooler platform, frame work of water tanks and similar work including welding framed & hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe-290-0 & grade E-165 etc complete all specified and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply ,laying, connecting and testing LT 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable( heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts conforming to IS 7098 (part-1) including cable termination and gland of size 10 sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid under respective items)

Supply ,laying, connecting and testing LT 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable( heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid under respective items)

Supply ,laying, connecting and testing LT 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable( heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid under respective items)

S&F GI pipe 40mm light grade, ISI marked, galvanised, with all fittings, (such as tee, elbow, socket, union & short pieces) fixed to walls & in trenches for protection of cable with suitable fixing arrangements etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for earthing with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI iron strip 32 mmX 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Scedule part I (2009) connected to earth test point including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt., PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 chamber for earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover. precast RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars both ways with MS handle 8 mm dia. PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40 mm bore medium grade earth lead protection pipe. complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre. 2. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

Supply & laying sand cushioing for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm over the cable (Total 23 cm thickness to be punned down to 18 cm ) all as specified & directed. Note:- Punned down thickness (18 cm) to be measured & paid.

Supplying and laying old size sub class “B” bricks kiln brunt, neatly laid adjacent to each other with axis of bricks perpendicular to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pole mounted cable junction box [FRP] of size apprx 205x255x112mm with front door opening for street light, 4-5 module with IP 65 protection, weather proof, terminal for one incoming and two outgoing cable of size 10/16 sq mm 4 core,01 x MCB SP 5 A, 240 V,aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity supported on FRP insulators with necessary fixing arrangements by providing MS clamps 2 nos made out of MS flat 25 x 3mm including nut bolts etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F LED street light fitting having ingress protection class IP- 65/66 suitable for road lighting luminaire with high power LED and maintenance free system for capacity 60 W complete making connection with using copper conductor 23/ 0.0076 flexible twisted twin core cable and suitable for mounted on 40/50 mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket (1.5 M long) duty bent to shape including two Nos M.S. flat 25mm x 3 mm, nuts, bolts, washer etc duly grouted in wall or fixing on pole all as specified & directed. Supply and erection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP- 22 (LT 8.50 mtr long pole) conforming to IS: 2713 factory pre red oxide primered with 6mm thick MS welded base plate, pole cap all as specified in & including following :- (a) Excavation for pole foundation & getting out in any type of , RFR and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs. (b) M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete for padding of size 900mmx600mm x 150 mm cross section under pole foundation complete all as specified and directed. (c) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole of size 900mm x 600mm x 1500 mm complete all as specified and directed. (d) M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of size 600mm X 600 mm X 300mm high above GL. (e) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5mm above plinth block. (f) M&L for writing letter or figures (Block Roman, Italic as Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of apprised shade not exceeding 5 cm height including numbering of pole complete all as specified and directed. (g) Painting of coping with cement base paint all as directed. NOTE : Manufacture's test certificate will be produced before execution work.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM (Original equipment Manufacturer) manufatured and tested silent static Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 25 KVA continuous rating, 10% overload for one hour in 12 hours of operation), 415 volts (AC 3 phase, 4 wire system of supply), 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum, 75 db at 1m. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled directly to a matching alternator, and mounted on foundation pads on a common base frame and thereafter installed in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return oil arrangement, flexible exhaust pipe complete all as specified and shall comprises of the following :- (i) Engine (prime mover) : Diesel engine 1500 RPM, of suitable BHP, fluid cooled, turbo charged 12 volts electric 01 number maintenance free battery, complete with fly wheel and vibration damper, radiator and all standard fittings/fixtures as per standard manufacturing design practices and including suitable instrument panel with RPM meter, lubricant oil temperature & pressure gauge, water temperature gauge and freqency meter (digital type), battery charging ammeter and fuses, and also including self starter (12V), battery charging alternator, fuel tank etc and complete with HWT & LLOP alarm and shut down safeties. (ii) Alternator :- AC alternator, brushless, 415V, AC 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire type, rated for continuous output of 25 KVA, PF 0.8, 1500 RPM insulation class 'H' enclosure SPDP (IP 23), self excited and self regulated with AVR for _+1% voltage regulation, coupled directly/suitably to and to match the above engine. (iii) Base plate : Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/specifications.

(iv) Fuel tank : Fuel tank shall be as per manufacturer recommendation / min 12 hrs capacity made of 14 Gauge CRCA MS sheet, duly powder coated and provided with level indicator, drain plug, air vent float, gauge and fuel float switch. (v) Safeties : for high enclosures temperature and emergency shut-down from outside,LLOP, HWT (vi) Engine control panel : Made of 14 gauge CRCA MS sheet, dust and vermin proof, (protection class IP 41 or superior), duly fitted with the equipment/ metres specified in particular specifications. (vii) Automatic mains failure (AMF) control panel fabricated from minimum 14 gauge CRCA steel sheet (including CPRI type certified), dust & vermin proof, protection class IP -54 suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system with adequate layers of powder coating floor mounting type with front opening, & panel shall comprises of all necessary accessories as per Manufacturer or OEM. (viii) Platform/Plinth/Base shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations or as per drawing No : CE/ALD/TD-189, Sheet No. 1/1. (ix) Tool kit : Operation and Maintenance catalogue, 1 year spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. Note :- The following items are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG sets :- (i) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.(ii) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (water load) for testing for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer.(iii) Testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of GE and authorised rep of Accepting officer.

M&L for twin PVC insulated single core 1.5 Sqmm unarmoured drawing through pole of bracket wire for connecting LED light to the junction box complete all as specified & directed.
